    Default bridge, airplane

In my dream, i am crossing the Queensboro bridge in NY crossing from Manhattan to Queens. There is a traffic delay. I am chatting with other crossing on bridge. A worker is above painting over some rust. I realize how much better the bridge is now compared to years past and let the worker know he is doing a good job. The bridge now turns to a very large cargo aircraft, like the Airbus A320, but with. My car turns to a seat. There are a few passengers, but mostly empty. I am one of the passengers.

I am still not working. Does this have something to with a job? When i was working for a very large company, I often had dreams of a very advanced and large airplane. Any ideas?

Yes, an air plane means a big company to work is on the way in less than two months.
Crossing a bridge means achieving a wish.
Dreams are scenes of daily day happenings in real life when interpreted will come and pass. This may happen in the near future in a few days to a month or two.
People are asleep, when die they will wake up.
    42. God takes the souls at the time of their death, and those that die not during their sleep; then He withholds those on whom He has passed the decree of death and sends the others back till an appointed term; most surely there are signs in this for a people who reflect.

The bridge would usually imply "crossing that bridgewhen we come to it", i.e. dealing with a situation when it becomesabsolutely necessary. Because you are actually crossing the bridge, some actionmay have become necessary now. The traffic indicates some mental confusionregarding this action. Chatting with others crossing the bridge suggests thatthere is something to be said for - something to recommend - the action beingtaken.

Rust is usually associated with objects that have been leftunused for some time. There is an aspect of your mind (the worker) that isemotionally colouring this course of action (painting the bridge) to make itseem more appealing. You seem OK with this as it is making a course of actionlook better than it did in the past.

The course of action can be seen in terms of an importantplan, (bridge become a large aircraft) one that could be quite workable (cargoplane), one that provides room for your personal rationale or way of thinkingto be accommodated. (car becomes a seat that fits in the plane). There does notseem to be much support from within yourself for this plan. (few passengers). However, the True Self seems to be "on board" with this plan.("I" am a passenger).
