For those of you having frequent nightmares. I have come up with some tips and tricks that have worked out very well for me and hopefully this will work for you as well

1. Avoid scaring yourself before going to sleep that invites trouble right off the bat.

2. Dont trust anyone or anything!! even the most innocent face can quickly turn ugly before you know what hit you!

3. Avoid seeing the monster or feared object. closing your eyes helps if you cant see it it cant see you. It will move along and not even realise your there.

4. If a area or place dosen't seem right or fills you with fear get away at once. Whats lurking in there is not worth waiting for or finding out!

5. try to have a weapon to protect yourself. for me monsters and boogeymen have not survived the encounter with me for over 17 years
