    Question Recurring Nightmare

    Hey guys.
I have had this same dream about 3 or 4 times now. It feel's really real. Basically I am lying in bed at first then something pulls me out of the bed onto the floor I am trying to call out to my girlfriend in bed but my voice is really weak and quiet and I can't yell out loud enough. Someone else who lives in the house with us will then come through the door and this around when I wake up.It feels really real every time I have them and I always wake up terrified.Anyone have any idea as to what is happening?

    Thanks

    Maybe:

Something in the real world is pulling you down and you feel helpless compared to it. Any relationship issues at present?

Nothing some serious thinking time can't put away!

    -Cheers
I have a firm grip on reality. Now I can strangle it!

Hi, your dreams are aversion of the common sleep paralysis dreams. These dreams usually happen when you sleep on your back or belly. Your subconscious frightens you awake with the idea that you can't defend yourself.

I had the exact same experience once, something just pulls you down to the ground and starts dragging you around the room. I came to realise that it was a serious blood flow problem and something similar to that of sleep paralyses.

“But it really doesn’t explain the carpet burns”

Did you get carpet burns?
To free your mind is to free your dreams.

I've heard in the past that when you have a dream that you aren't being heard, you feel in real life that no one is listening/listens to you.
