    Default Underwater drowning dream.

Okay well last night I had my dream catcher up and I had a really bad dream! So here it gose all I remember was that I was underwater with my boyfriend Patrick and a few other friends but they didn't show there faces to me so I didn't know who they where so anyways this dream was like the movie The Abyss, we had underwater suits and stuff but I had the one that you could breath water with and it was filling up but then I took it off because I was scared and then we all tried to swim to the surface I think but we couldn't make it so we about to drown but I woke up....

Please please help me inturpert it.

    Hi,
    This was a waking nightmare.
You had some breathing difficulties in your sleep. Asthma attack, a coughing fit or an acid reflux. Sleeping on you belly or back could have also caused the dream as these sleeping positions cause heavy breathing.
Dreaming is a vital function of life
