Question Seizures caused by Dreams

A couple months ago I had a nightmare that my family was murdered while I was out. When I came home I saw the man and children in my dream all dead with stab wounds and there was blood everywhere. This dream made me sick late the next day. I passed out in the next room right where I fell on the bed a couple seconds after my friend online told me to lay down.

A couple days ago I was in Maine with a good friend of mine. We were staying in a cabin right on a lake so we went to a house nearby to take showers. While the adults were showering we were upstairs. Just as my friend went down to take her shower I laid down in an odd position, I had one hand behind my head, a leg bent, and one arm sticking out. Then I was asleep I was in that same position in a big bed. I was pregnant and had just gone to take a nap. My husband (James as I have mentioned in some threads) was on the phone with my friend's husband and they lived across the street. (I was viewing this dream from above). In my dream I started thrashing then screaming very loudly and yelling my husband's name. He dropped the phone and ran into the bedroom and I was shaking uncontrollable in a small siezure. I was having that same nightmare and was convinced that he was dying. I finally opened my eyes and they were glazed over and then I leaped at him and started crying. I didn't open my eyes for 2 and 1/2 days. I cried the whole time. My friend and her husband had heard my screams over the phone and came in to our house and were shocked to see what had happened. They stayed until I had come out of my dream. While I was crying I kept saying "Don't die." and when someone touched me other than him I would scream "Get off me! He's not dead, he can't be dead!" The reason I said this was because in the nightmare a medic tried to pull me off him. After a day my friend called Matt, a close friend of all of us. She told him to come down from Connecticut to South Carolina. A couple hours after he arrived He tapped me on the back and I opened my eyes. James was still crying and he looked at me. I had to blink several times to regain my vision. Finally I noticed that it wasn't him saying my name and it was Matt. I turned around and hugged him. Then everyone was asking if I was ok and I woke up. My friend was sitting on the bead watching me. She said she had been there for 10 minutes. I told her my eyes hurt and she said it looked like I had been crying. She knew about the nightmare so I told her about the dream I just woke up from. She was scared and said that she would remember to call Matt. And I have been thinking about the dream for several days. Does anyone think that this could happen at all. Just wondering what people think.
