Religious dream

Since I did not get anyone`s attention with that title... it was not only about me but that title did not get your attention; sorry to post again.

Hello I just registered on this site I wanted to tell you about a dream I had since childhood (6-7) now I`m 17 and I still have these types of dreams: nightmares, only nightmares no difrent dreams.

A dream that I had in childhood.

I dreamt that I was near a church and it was night all of the suden an evil person camed to me (similar to an demon - looked like one) he tried to atack me, kill me when it happend a cross apeared in my right hand and aproched him to put it on his face, after that the cross was broken and he got angry (he was burned a little) then in the left hand a small bottle of water appeared (holly water I presume) and I trew it on his face again, then he died.

After some days I dremt of a woman in white but I don`t know what she said or anything. Other nights I dremt I was in my room and the Icon smiled at me but I felt wrong. Again later on I had a dream about an cemetery and a train, in the woods with man hangings near another church in the woods.

Another dream is that the apocalipse has come, a strong light and beautiful suroundings have appeared on earth, a leader to heaven or some place It reaches to the clouds (not joking) but at this time I sit in a prison (my house) and then I die and turn into a ghost to see another ghost that tryes to hurt me and it`s presence is kind of scary.

The dreams are more complex then what I told you here. These types of dreams ended when I had another one that the same demon or difrent killed me. Those dreams stoped until 15 (now 17... I say again) Dreams of snakes that I kill or I can control, decapitated anacondas or a little girl that tries to kill me. Another dream I had (this week) that I had a feeling a ghost was near me, an evil one I woked up in shock (dremt about some candels and a woman in black too). When I have nightmares (almost every day now I do not scream or fear... only rarely and rarely mean worst dreams ever = feeling scared for some reson).

What do you think about these dreams people?

btw I am not an religious fanatic or my family, we don`t have that much with religion, we are christians we do pray, etc.. sometimes but that is all. I tend to aquire knowledge more (literature espacialy... I am a writer well I wish I will be in the future).

So what does the dreams mean people? - please for 17 years I have had these dreams... all my life.

will I become a priest? or have something with religion in the future?

I have some marks on my both palms a star near the fingers = fame... but I don`t care of fame btw I have an heart sign as well on my left palm (but this one is from an electrocution... back in my childhood, nothing serious)

Dear Mr. Bogdan,

First of all, thank you for your interpretation of my dream. While I am not a religious expert, I can offer you my few cents of my thoughts about your dream.


You are speculating whether you should be a priest. It is a fine and a very noble thought you have at such a fine age of wanting to be involved in a religious procession. I or no one else is able to tell you what is right thing for you to do. You know if it is the destiny for you if it feels right to you.

Speaking of the cross, I am not christian. So I can't say to you where the dreams are positive or negative. However, I am seeing a trap mentality in your thoughts. And specifically, in relation to wars , wars with yourself, wars with other people.

I remember when I was young, I also dream I was on a horse and leading battlefield against dark powers such as witchcraft and black magic against those who will to do ill will at large. Whether those were real incidents, I don't know. But in my dream, I always knew, it was God who gave me each victory. And please understand God is within you, everyone of us, one who gives each of us our skills and the ability and strength to achieve great things.


However, let me ask you, "Should the Cross be used as a choice weapon for wars?" And specifically why so? And how do you personally feel using such a weapon as choice for war?"

The way I see it, the cross in your hand is an idol you worship in place of God. If you will read the poem by Kabeer, you may understand what I am saying.

ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥
One Universal Creator God. By The Grace Of The True Guru:

You tear off the leaves, O gardener, but in each and every leaf, there is life.
That stone idol, for which you tear off those leaves - that stone idol is lifeless. ||1||

In this, you are mistaken, O gardener.
The True Guru is the Living Lord. ||1||Pause||
Brahma is in the leaves, Vishnu is in the branches, and Shiva is in the flowers.
When you break these three gods, whose service are you performing? ||2||

The sculptor carves the stone and fashions it into an idol, placing his feet upon its chest.
If this stone god was true, it would devour the sculptor for this! ||3||

Rice and beans, candies, cakes and cookies -
the priest enjoys these, while he puts ashes into the mouth of the idol. ||4||

The gardener is mistaken, and the world is mistaken, but I am not mistaken.
Says Kabeer, the Lord preserves me; the Lord, my King, has showered His Blessings upon me. ||5||1||14||

Additionally, when you are being attacked in your dream; do you recognize the sources of the attacks?

If you are able to discern the sources of these attacks, congratulations!! you are on your way to progression! However, if you are not able to discern it at this time. Do not be disappointed, one day you will.

If a person can understand and overcome his or her own struggles, that person is able to lift other people out of their troubled situations.

Great people are not great if they had not gone through great difficulties and achieved success.

Kabeer, someone sets up a stone idol and all the world worships it as the Lord.
Those who hold to this belief will be drowned in the river of darkness. ||136||

Kabeer, the paper is the prison, and the ink of rituals are the bars on the windows.
The stone idols have drowned the world, and the Pandits, the religious scholars, have plundered it on the way. ||137||


Kabeer, that which you have to do tomorrow - do it today instead; and that which you have to do now - do it immediately!
Later on, you will not be able to do anything, when death hangs over your head. ||138||

Kabeer, I have seen a person, who is as shiny as washed wax.
He seems very clever and very virtuous, but in reality, he is without understanding, and corrupt. ||139||

Kabeer, the Messenger of Death shall not compromise my understanding.
I have meditated on the Lord, the Cherisher, who created this Messenger of Death. ||140||

Kabeer, where there is knowledge, there is Dharma (uprightness or righteousness). Where there is a lie, there is sin.
Where there is greed, there is death. Where there is forgiveness, there is God Himself. ||155||

Kabeer, what good is it to give up Maya, if the mortal does not give up his ego?
Even the silent sages and seers are destroyed by ego; ego eats into everything. ||156||

Kabeer, the True Guru has met me; He aimed the Arrow of the Shabad (The Word) at me.
As soon as it struck me, I fell to the ground with a hole in my heart. ||157||

Kabeer, to use force is tyranny, even if you call it legal.
When your account is called for in the Court of the Lord, what will your condition be then? ||187||

Kabeer, the dinner of beans and rice is excellent, if it is flavored with salt.

Kabeer, one is known to have been touched by the Guru, only when his emotional attachment and physical illnesses are eradicated.
He is not burned by pleasure or pain, and so he becomes the Lord Himself. ||189||

Kabeer, it does make a difference, how you chant the Lord's Name, 'Raam'. This is something to consider.
Everyone uses the same word for the son of Dasrath and the Wondrous Lord. ||190||

Kabeer, use the word 'Raam', only to speak of the All-pervading Lord. You must make that distinction.
One 'Raam' is pervading everywhere, while the other is contained only in himself. ||191||

Kabeer, those houses in which neither the Holy nor the Lord are served -
those houses are like cremation grounds; demons dwell within them. ||192||

Kabeer, I have become mute, insane and deaf.
I am crippled - the True Guru has pierced me with His Arrow. ||193||

Kabeer, the True Guru, the Spiritual Warrior, has shot me with His Arrow.
As soon as it struck me, I fell to the ground, with a hole in my heart. ||194||

I started getting serious dreams from Christ a couple of years ago and i was not very religious. however, we do not chose him, he chooses us. After my first dream about the end of days, i freaked out.. I started getting more and more dreams.. i had to sit up and pay attention. I started going a lot of research on christian dreams and started getting hungry for Christ. I started going to church and talking to pastors.

So this is what i have to say about your dreams:
The Lord is calling you to get closer to him. I will be honest i dont know if you are suppose to be a priest or not. But what i do know is that he is warning you. The Devil will keep attacking you but He will protect you b/c you are his. Jesus is telling you to come to him, he does not want you to be left behind. He wants to protect you but he cant unless you come to him. He gives us a choice.

I will tell u what i did. I picked up the Bible and I prayed a lot. Soon afterwords i started getting answers. I was not religious, actually i really disliked going to church. It annoyed me. I believe you should take these dreams seriously. Christ is talking to you. Please do not ignore it.


You will definitly do great things, Holy water, cross and being at the right hand are very significant things which you see in your dreams. He will protect you against all harm, but you must come closer to him. You can ask him in your prayers and he will answer you.
