My 8 yr old is still missing, Dreamed of him..

I left work imediately and asked for Friday through Monday off. Mom and I found one of the dogs, Molly, nearby. Molly is the puppy, about 1 year old. Where Molly is, Rusty is, but not this time. Molly has no idea where Rusty is. We are all really beside ourselves, even my Dad, who is the kind of man who doesn't show a whole lot of emotion is very distraught, as we are all. I have not been eating or sleeping very well. When I'm awake, I cry and ask GOD to bring Rusty home. Dad and I WALKED 20 MILES looking for him. We put flyers up everywhere. The night I learned both dogs were missing, and we not yet found Molly, I had one of those dreams where I feel the presence of GOD and know the dream is from Him. I am still deeply grieved, even after this dream, so please keep praying he comes home.

Dream I had the night dogs disappeared

I was at the cabin, and the sky was a golden yellow. The grass was really lush and green. There was great peace. I looked around, and both dogs were playing in the front yard. I was so happy to see them back. The LORD said, "Don't worry about the dogs. Soon all your trouble will be over, including this one." In our front we have locust trees. These trees are useless, except for burning, the woods burns for days and stinks like coal burning. The wood is too hard to cut, even with industrial equipment. We don't like these useless trees. Dad called me over to one of the locust trees. Dad called my attention to one of the trees, and peeled back the bark. There 3 bi-valves inside the tree. GOD said these are clams, not oysters. These bi-valves were living inside the tree the whole time we lived there. How, I don't know. The clams were happy, and their purpose was to serve me. They opened themselves up, and beautiful perfect pearls poured out of them like coins out of a slot machine. So many perfect, priceless pearls came out, that I had to use both hands to hold them all. The excess pearls I couldn't hold in my heads disappeared when they fell out. I said to my Dad, 'Now that we have the dogs back, and we have these, we can accomplish anything we want to, as a family'.

Please help me understand the dream. Please continue to pray that Rusty comes home. It's not like him to not come back.

Update - we recovered one dog, Molly. Just minutes ago, a horseman called and said he saw Rusty, and was able to make a postive id (his name is printed really big on his collar!) but the horseman couldn't get Rusty to come closer than 20 feet to him, my Mom is walking out that way to try to find him...Please continue to pray.

Rusty came home midnight on his own on the 1st, now I have both dogs back, just as the dream predicted. Praise Jesus because HE answered the prayer before I asked him.

The dream not only predicted that both dogs would be returned safely, but that much will be learned from the experience. Here is what was being taught by GOD through the experience.

When Jesus was crucified, the disciples knew He was dead, when He appeared to them, they not only knew He was alive, but He Himself told them He would return.

When Rusty ran off, we thought he was dead, then some people called and said they saw him (remember, the women told the disciples that they saw Jesus alive).

When Rusty came back, it was midnight. In the parable of the ten bridesmaids, 5 were wise and bought extra oil (Mathew 25:1-14) They represented the believers. The foolish bridesmaids were unbelievers. The bridegroom represented Jesus. In the parable, the bridegroom arrived exactly at midnight and there was a shout at his return. Just as Rusty came back with scars, Jesus will come back with scars from the cross.

This experience is a reminder for me to anxiously wait and be ready for the LORD's return just as I anxiously sought and waited for my dog's return.

I just been shown a major connection to this dream; the exploding comet looks EXACTLY just like the pearls from the dream...(see spaceweather.com about comet Holmes)

Remember Jesus said the Kingdom of GOD was like a pearl of great price who when a man saw it, sold all he had and bought it.

GOD said in the dream soon all my troubles will be over...and my hands overflowed with pearls that looked exactly like the comet...

there are several characteristics Rusty's return home that share with the message of Christ and His Return...

When Rusty was gone, we thought he might be dead...but he was seen alive...like wise Christ was buried and was ressurrected and seen by the women...

When Rusty came back...it was EXACTLY MIDNIGHT...this brings to mind the parable of ten bridesmaids....the bridegroom appeared at midnight....and we were keeping our porch lights on every night until Rusty returned...like the wise bridesmaids who had bought extra oil for their lamps...and we were watchful, Jesus called for watchfulness for His return...

When Rusty came back, he had a wound in his chest that blood and water poured out of and this reminds me of blood and water shed by Christ in death...it was like Rusty was dead, but he came back...he was just away...

There is much symbolized by the comet but it has special significance to me...a pearl of great price....

Now in the parable of the treasure in the field notice how the treasure was hidden...dsicovered...and hidden again...

Notice that in my dream...the pearls were hidden, then revealed....

Thus the message is saying that treasure of GOD hidden within me will be revealed openly!

Notice how the comet was hidden because for a long time, it could not be seen with the naked eye, it was hidden, then suddenly it appeared...! Just like the pearl in the parable...but someone else is hidden by the naked eye and will suddenly appear....and HE IS JESUS....HE is the perfect pearl....

I believe I understand your dream. While there may be more than one interpretation to a dream depending on times and seasons, I believe I understand that the Lord is revealing to you what He's currently doing with the Church. I can go into further detail with all the symbols later since I gotta go. If you want, I'll post what I see. I believe interpretation of dreams (from the Lord only) are one of my gifts from our Father.
