Three birds and my kitchen...

Hi everybody! I had a dream a few nights that I can't stop thinking about. First, because I very rarely remember any of my dreams. Second, because something inside of me is telling me it's important somehow.

The dream is this:

For whatever reason, my Rabbi drove me home. We both walk into my kitchen, and I find, to my surprise, purching on my kitchen counter right next to the back door, a baby swan, gazing at me with the most piercing stare. It compelled me so much, I went to look at it. It stood there, unwavering, calmly staring back at me. My attention was then drawn to the kitchen window, on the other side of the door, about 10 feet away. At the window, fluttering around my kumquat tree, was a big, beautiful hawk. Its wings were tapping against the window as it fluttered around. Just when I thought things couldn't get any stranger, my Rabbi informs me that he's found yet another bird in the middle of the kitchen floor (I somehow missed that one), but it was dead. He picked it up with a paper towel, and I saw that it was another baby swan, and it looked as if it had just recently died. I felt very sad, and my Rabbi said, "I know it's very sad, but we need to go outside and bury it now." And presumably that's what we did, because that was the end of the dream.

My husband recently received a very good job offer with a great company that would require us to move someplace we both wanted to move to. I have a feeling this dream might refer to this situation. I will elaborate more later, if you'd like. I'd just like some posts up without knowing all the details to avoid maybe biasing your interpretations. THanks for your help!

Dear writer: I didn't take me very long to interpret the birds in your home scene as political entities, and of course you as aperson in this dream are representing the usa. atmospheric light energy from our sun and other cosmic sources basically contain all the information of past,present,and future events. The problem, therefore is to use intutitive abilities to ascertain this is a future event, and not a past event. My intuition says it will be a near future episode about to occur, paticularly because it has repeated itself. The swans of course represent neutral contries or those without the benefit of large standing military forces. Switzerland would be a good example of a swan symbology. The hawk is of course an aggressor nation, and a hawk is much more definitive in nature than a swan so rather than look for symbolic meanings for a hawk, we will look for a nation who has used the hawk as a national emblem, which of course is Iraq. Looking at the past scenario, there were two peaceful countries in the middle east which the swans could represent. Those would be saudi arabia and kuwait. So the hawk, Iraq, invaded and put the smaller of the two peaceful nations under seige which was kuwait. The mother swan saudi arabia was absolutely beyond disgust when the usa failed to inervene immediately. Thats the mother swans glare at you. So do not take the dream if you are suppossed to feel responsible for this situation. You are just acting as a stand in representative. My intuition tells me if the light energies are giving you this information, its most likely a foreboding of a coming event. Thats why this website is so valuable, we can average similar threads. We as a solar system are passing through an area of space called the pliedes star system. The very intense light we are allready encountering is called "the photon belt", The photn belt is heating up the entire solar system and changing the molecular structures of the planets in our solar system. This intense radio/light energy will alter our dna matrices to enable telepathics, clairaudulence, and clairaudlience in all of us. This are of space was what the greeks historically called "the golden age" and the christians refer to as "The kingdom of heaven". You don't have to suscribe to any paticular belief system to get there, we are all going along for the ride. At acertain point in this planets passage of our earth, the earths rotation will cease rotating east to west for three days, then resume revolving west to east. That will initiate the new age or age of aquarius. The problem of stopping a revolving planet is that the seas, lakes and ponds will be propelled in the former direction of travel. This event will rearrange the worlds cosastline as well as generate several hundred mile an hour winds in spots. So we will neeed to be in rolling hill country, several hundred miles from any sea coastal areas. Thanks for your insight. Although an interesting take on my dream, I really don't believe this dream has any political or any other sort of global context. My inclination just tells me so..that and the fact that I felt really at home in my dream, and my Rabbi was present sort of reenforced my feelings. Also, there was never any mother swan...only two baby swans. The baby swan didn't really appear to glare at me, it just stared at me, as if to study me or to get my attention.

I'm pretty sure it has to do with some employment situations at hand, because one part of the dream already materialized...DH's job offer, which we thought would grow into a wonderful thing, suddenly reached a stale mate and appears to be "dead in the water." Much like the baby swan on the floor. Now, I'm interested in what will happen next...what the other swan means, and what the hawk outside means. I think there might be another job opportunity coming in a short while which will be very promising (baby swans aren't as cute as other baby birds, but they grow to be beautiful and graceful).

Anybody have any thoughts on the other two?

This dream, I have to say is something to interpret. I found myself as of yet to symbolize the baby swans, and keep tracking back to the ugly duckling. Im leaning more twards the words was, and is for the swans.

This is what i do know about your dream. The rabbi driving you home, is your way of life, the way you go down the road of life. You noticed the swan on the counter looking at you, and the rabbi noticed the one that was dead suggesting he is full of dont do's, dont do this or that. This is further suggested because of the kitchen, because Jewish practices often revolve around what to eat and when depending on what is believed. He then tells you to burry it, and thats to put it away. So whatever the swans represent one is supposed to be put behind you, and the other is put before you. Like a choice. The hawk in the window is a bird of prey, and I believe it represents a more agressive view on your part for a religiouse outlook on life, behind the seen in prayer. Glass is a relfection from within, a change in self. This is more about who you are, what you want to put behind you, and what your prepairing for. I cant tell if it is prophetic, or only a desire to change, but what i do see is that this dream is about personal change first before anything else is granted prophetically, Hope im wrong on that part. =)
