I found this forum by searching "Dreaming the Future".

I have dreamed the future several times. Not alot (maybe 4 times) and sometimes wierd and trivial things. The dream I'm worried about hasn't happened yet and is very specific.

I've been married 6 years now. Before I got married I dreamed I was pulling up to a house in the winter (snow on the ground). As I was pulling up I had a feeling of fear like I was forcing myself to do whatever I was about to do. I walked through the yard in the snow and looked in the window. It was a party. There was a make shift bar and several people. I noticed 2 black chairs arranged side by side next to the wall. I walked in and was welcomed to the party. I walked up to my father-in-law and reached out my hand to shake his. He did not shake my hand. My now wife said,"Aren't you going to shake the hand of the father of the grandson you love so much." He grumbled and said,"I didn't see him there", then he shook my hand. I did notice his eyes were red and he didn't look like he could see very well. I still felt like he was lying in my dream to avoid shaking my hand.

I'm pretty sure the house I drove up to is the house I live in now. I bought my parents house a couple of years ago and remodelled the outside. I have a son now like the dream. I believe I've also seen the black chairs and the bar from my dream at a friend of my wifes house. My father in law is starting to have real trouble with his eyes due to diabetes.

It doesn't seem like I'll be able to change any of this stuff. The dream hasn't taken place yet. I hope for the best.

I knew when I dreamed this 6 1/2 years ago that it was the future.
