Magic, mystic, foretelling dream, Gods and Godesses

Hello folks,

This is an amazing example of how a dream can even foretell the happenings of that same day to come, in this case the same evening.

The dream was very, very short, but in these cases it doesn't have to be a long dream, it was powerfull enough.

First a little background story, Lord Chaitanya or Nimai or Gauranga, as he is also called, is an incarnation of Krishna, who appeared on earth on februari 27th 1486 AD to spread the message of "Harinam", the chanting of the names of Krishna, you might know the Hare Krishna movement who are following the teachings of Chaitanya.

Anyway, here's the short dream :

januari 25th 2007, between 06.00 and 09.00, Radhadesh, Belgium :

......I dreamt about seeing a piece of paper in this dream with 2 written lines on it and on each line i saw the name : " Lord Chaitanya"........

So i woke up and didn't know what to make of it, right, although it was quite nice. Although while having this dream, at the moment of dreaming, i clearly understood the message, but when i woke up later, i didn't understand the meaning of this dream, strange.

That same evening, around 18.00, our Atma yoga teacher, Atmananda Dasa, continued to tell a story in his evening lecture about how impersonalism, Brahman, grew to personalism, Krishna.
So first there was Buddha who began his revolution with the introduction of a God of good behaviour. This was his Vedanta.
Then came the Vedanta of Shankaracharya (Shiva) with God as energy.
Then came the Vedanta of Ramanuya with God as a form.
Then came the Vedanta of Madhavacharya with God as a separate person.
Then the Vedanta of Vishnu Swami with God as the source and maintainer of all creation.
Then the Vedanta of Nimbarka with God as a loving couple (Krishna and Radha).

Then Atmananda began to tell the story of Nimbarka, who established Dvaitam Advaita around the year 1000 or so. When he was a great devotee of Lord Shiva and meditated on him in a Beal forest and offered Beal leaves to him and so on, Shiva became pleased by his worship and appeared before Nimbarka and gave him directions to a forest where there were 4 beings busy with meditation from the beginning of time, Shiva said " They will become your Guru's", so Nimbarka went there and by meeting these 4 Kumaras, he called out "Krishna!!!" and they were pleased with him after some talks and initiated him with a special mantra and instructed him to worship Krishna and Radha somewhere in a forest, he did and then Krishna and Radha, who became in their turn also pleased with his worship, appeared before him, then they merged into Gauranga (Lord Chaitanya), who told Nimburka to keep this appearance ABSOLUTELY secret and said he would appear on earth some 500 years from then and that Nimbarka himself would be born as Kesava Kashmiri (correct me if i am wrong, i had to write quickly during class), who would travel to Mayapur(The appearance place of Gauranga) and , i think after Saraswati appeared, he would become a devotee of Gauranga. After these instructions Gauranga dissapeared and left Nimbarka behind, crying from happiness.

I was so excited when i heard this story that day, it was so mystical and full of magic, told by the right person.

But i forgot the dream i had and made no connection between the dream and this story.

That came the next day, while writing down this cool dream i begot that morning and when i briefly looked at this Gauranga dream.

A smile appeared on my face as i understood the connection, the lines on the piece of paper in that dream were denoting me, writing.
The words "Lord Chaitanya" on each line was denoting the subject of the writing, so accurate again...

Amazing, isn't it, how people (although Gauranga was not a normal person), are being foretold thousands years earlier, it's like Nostradamus, but he was not always clear, due to the fear of being persecuted by the church.

You seize a living creature, and then bring it home and kill its body; you have killed only the clay.

जोति सरूप अनाहत लागी कहु हलालु किआ कीआ ॥२॥
The light of the soul passes into another form. So tell me, what have you killed? ||2||

किआ उजू पाकु कीआ मुहु धोइआ किआ मसीति सिरु लाइआ ॥
And what good are your purifications? Why do you bother to wash your face? And why do you bother to bow your head in the mosque?

जउ दिल महि कपटु निवाज गुजारहु किआ हज काबै जाइआ ॥३॥
Your heart is full of hypocrisy; what good are your prayers or your pilgrimage to Mecca? ||3||

तूं नापाकु पाकु नही सूझिआ तिस का मरमु न जानिआ ॥
You are impure; you do not understand the Pure Lord. You do not know His Mystery.

कहि कबीर भिसति ते चूका दोजक सिउ मनु मानिआ ॥४॥४॥

Serve the Lord forever; use your eyes, and see Him ever-present everywhere. ||3||

अलाह पाकं पाक है सक करउ जे दूसर होइ ॥
The Lord is the purest of the pure; only through doubt could there be another.

कबीर करमु करीम का उहु करै जानै सोइ ॥४॥१॥

Hey man,

thank you for your reply and advice.

I was in Dehra Dun in 2002-2003 and learned a lot about Sikhism, i just love the Ksatriya spirit they have and saw some gruwsome pictures of one Sikh being sawn into half from the head to the lower part of the body by muslims invaders while alive. What a man, such a firm faith !!!

I don't like the Ksatriya spirit you mentioned. But it is the Spirit of God that has always been there.

I feel that the Hindu Faith have long oppressed everyone and the Sikh Faith of which I don't feel proud.

We must be able to live as ourselves without pushing(forcing) ourselves or our faith on other people.

on the contrary, i like the Ksatriya spirit, that comes from a past life as a Templar Knight, fighting Muslims and protecting the Christian pelgrims on their way to the Holy Land. I didn't fight Muslims in their own lands though, they had that conquered over the Christians and Jews before, so it was not their original lands. So i feel no guilt over that whatsoever.

I have to say that the Muslim enemies of the past have changed into the enemies lurking in every nook and corner of my own mind, the ego, which stands in the way between me and God. The ego with all its anger, harch speech, fear, pain, grief and so on. Yoga teaches you to be detached from it, to observe it as a witness.

You see, we are not the mind, we shouldn't try to indentify with it, it makes us run after sense gratification...now...i don't say that is bad....but for me it is and stands in the way for what i want, God realization....this life..
I am a yoga teacher here and the more i try to conquer the mind, the more it fights back, kicks back, attacks me, as an eternal soul, with redoubled force viciously, ruthlessly, you won't believe....while doing my spiritual practises.

Anyway, i agree with you that nobody should push their beliefs through the throat of others.....be peacefull or i kick the sh.t out of you !!!.

But it is good that there are different guidelines (as i call these religions) to attain the highest goal in life, like yoga, worship, chanting or whatever.

I need to ask you a question I hope you would answer. Are all the hindu men from India are as foul-mouthed and ill-mannered as you?

I have never lived in India to know that. And I need that answer.

As you already know the seed of Sikhism is devotional worship and the worship of Guru Granth Sahib and hinduism is not. The warror spirit you mentioned is of Hinduism not Sikhism. It is the meddling of politics by the hindu priest into Sikhism.

I do not like to take vengeance on people on my behalf. I let God take care of that.

So your mean words actually don't mean much to me and is very sweet to my soul. -Thank you very much!!

well...i am Dutch, born and raised in Rotterdam, a "heavy" city, though.
That may explain my kinda language, but it's not that bad......or ?

Anyway, i am pleased that my "mean" words were sweet to your soul.

Can you explain me why Sikhs did fight Muslims back in those days ?
I didn't learn that much about Sikhism there to fully understand what you are saying.

I worship Krishna and i just learned from a devotee that Hinduism is a broad variety of different beliefsystems, like some worship an impersonal God (Brahman), while others are yogi's and others are just Indians and so on....
As i worship Krishna, i am labeled a Vaishnava, which springs from this broad term Hinduism, which was given to this culture by the Muslims, because they couldn't pronounce "Sindhu" which is a river in India.
So they said Hindu.
