I dreamt..and a year later it happened.

I work in the special ed dept of a school. I was assigned to do one on one with a boy during his 1st and 2nd grade years. We bonded...too much..that even his therapist said the boy had given me the role of his absent mother. After 2 years, the father decided to move to another state. The last day of school with him was very hard, I took lots of pictures...and of course cried. After I put him on the bus to go home, I turned to a co worker and said "I will never see him again". A few months later, I was to be married. A week before the wedding, I awoke...shook my fiance, and told him we needed to go to Texas to get the boy. In my dream, I was doing like a carnival type "fishing" game (where the kid throws the fishing string over a wall or sheet and you put a prize on it, then pull like they got a "bite")...and this boy came out...he came to me crying...saying "i no like it here I NO LIKE IT HERE!!" when I asked why, he said because of his cousin, then continued to cry, and beg me to come get him. I told numerous people of it. I emailed the father, and got no reply. Over the next year, I did get a few emails from the dad, saying the boy was ok and doing well. I blew the dream off and dubbed it just creepy and possibly because I was missing him. A week before my 1st anniversary...a year to the date of the dream I had....I was cleaning out a box that had some of the boys favorite books in them...I felt like I had to look at them...that was a Saturday. On Monday...I received a phone call. The boy was killed on that Saturday in a freak car accident. His cousin was driving the car. I spent my first anniversary at his funeral.
