It seems that most people that post here have prophetic dreams about catastrophic events and the end times.I've never had any of those. Most of my prophetic dreams have been about my personal relationships with women. The scenario is this:I meet someone, get to know them pretty well, then after I experience that first emotional exchange, link or bond with them,I start having dreams about how the whole relationship will unfold.Over the course of the past 37 years, this has happened with five women(I like to pace myself!)and the dreams have been pretty much spot on.These dreams have all fit the Sylvia Browne description of prophetic dreams, which is that they were all in color and in a sequence or timeline. The most compelling of these dreams so far has been the most recent ones I've had.Back in February of this year I started getting close to someone and sure enough,I started to have a series of prophetic dreams about her.I've had five dreams about this person(more than any of the other women)and so far the first two have come true.Number three is the doozy....I actually marry this person(pray for me!).And to top that all off, about a month ago this person told me she had a dream about me which matched the theme of one of the dreams I had about her.Has this sort of thing ever happened to any of you out there or am I just crazy? Thanks for reading this.

I've had dreams similar to yours. Based on the fact you said that this has been happening over the past 37 years I'm going to say I'm a little younger then you and it has only happen for one person that I paid it any notice. It happened when I got very close to that person. I had dreams, very clear dreams about things that were going to happen between us and then eventually my dreams showed me exactly how our breakup would play out I saw the exact scenario under which he cheated on me and every conversation we had which lead to our break up. I can't say for certain that your dream will come true but I can say that I wouldn't be surprised if it did. You are not crazy you have a gift, one which you should be thankful for.

Your dreams are much more detailed than the ones I've had. This has happened to me four times previously but this is the first time that the messages of the dreams have come in this loud and clear.I think that fact is very significant. Thanks for replying.

I can always tell my foreseeing dreams because they are much more vivid detailed and real-life sequential than the "symbolic" dreams.
I will have a dream of a very specific place or events, and the other people involved. In most of these dreams, I am with people I haven't met or seen before. These dreams usually come true in about a year. I have had dreams of friends and romantic interests before I meet them. People who appear to me in dreams like this always turn out to be people who have a meaningful effect on my life's path. |

Having prophetic dreams is a good thing! Not a whole lot of people get to have this amazing gift. Enjoy your gift and thank God for it too! |

Nubb,
I have only had a handful of prophetic dreams in my life. Some extremely detailed while others were very brief. Each time they were clearly distinguishable from 'regular' dreams. I refer to these prophetic dreams as my 'ah ha' dreams. They are not usually about relationships but more directional confirmations for me. Showing me that I am on the right path with choices I have made. Few came true or 'played out' right away. One took a whole year to be fully realized. Two 'ah ha' dreams I have had are particularly similar to your experience. In so much as the dream I had, my daughter told of a dream she also had and both had almost identical imagery and symbolism. I felt more connected to her than ever after she shared these dreams with me. And the two of us were in awe when the dreams were realized. She, however, has not developed to the point of acceptance of this 'gift'. I hope over time she will, when she is ready, and recognize it for what it is. Truly a gift of information. A connection to something much bigger than ourselves. The fact that you and this women have this dream connection is truly fascinating. Don't let your waking mind get in the way of accepting something that may be a living waking gift as well as an intuitive gift. I believe our 'ah ha' or prophetic dreams provide us enough to make us take a closer look and accept or deal with what is taking place in our waking lives. The rest is up to us to apply this information and take it forward. Wishing you the best in your relationship. NanC |

I've had 2 instances of dreams fortelling my relationships. The first one was in my first year of university when I dreamt that my lover was kissing someone else. They drew away from eachother and their lips were the same colour as though it was from lipstick or some stain. In the dream I could not prove they had kissed and I believed his swearing that they had not even though there lips were the same colour and I had seen them withdraw from eachother. The girl he was kissing in the dream was of the same desriptive qualities as the one that I later found he had been sleeping with while he was sleeping with me (blonde hair, blue eyes). They were in the chapel of our residence which probably had something to do with disrespecting something sacred yaddayaddda. In the dream the girl came up to me after and apologised for any harm she might have caused and this was exactly what the girl did months later through e-mail. Both times she had no idea what had gone on but I filled the girl in the real scenario in on what had happened.(I had already broken it off with him for different reasons and she had thought that he had broken up with me for her way earlier in the year.)
The second time I had a dream about a relationship was when I dreamt that my sister was seeing her ex again and learned a few days later that they had gone out the night I had my dream. All I felt as I dreamt this, was anger, and so when she told me, I told her that I didn't like the idea of them starting over. I haven't had any dreams about my current relationship. Does that alone mean anything or does it just mean that I am not picking up on any deception in the future? That would be lovely. |

I keep having this dream about this guy I like
but we have never dated or anything. We just stayed friends but we both liked each other, had other relationships. In one of the dreams, I am having to choose over him or my current boyfriend and they were both proposing to me. I choose my current boyfriend at the time and always in the back of my mind ha a strange feeling about it. Later on my current boyfriend cheated on me. I moved on thought nothing of the dream until I had another with this guy I like. In the dream I was married to him expecting a baby and we hadn't talk in awhile because we were both in relationships turns out that we still like each other and I want to know if these dreams mean anything or if it is nothing |
