When dreams come they are always negative

Most of the dreams I have had are usually so scary that I wake up completely out of breath and exhausted. When I do dream they usually are something that is bad coming. The most usual ones are like warning me when death is coming near, the latest one was that my husband was leaving me. And that happened, but on a good note. Worked it out. So here is the one that I having trouble interpeting. I dreamed that I was sleeping at my parents house. When I woke up I noticed that everyone was walking around the house like any other day. I had gotten a phone call from my husbands aunt who was looking for her daughter. Her daughter had been out with my husband running errands with my son. So I looked around and notice my husband had not gotten home yet. When looking outside I noticed it was already dark. I had my mom translate the call since I don't speak spanish. I called my husband angry as to why he was not home and got into a huge arguement with him. After hanging up the phone I noticed that there was a fire. I could see it burning on a hill on the next block. I called for my parents and could see the neighbor behind their house was on fire too. I began to wet all the house the grass and surrounding areas. When I noticed the house next door tree was on fire. I tried to extingush it out but had no luck. After fleeing the house with all our belongings I then saw my grandparents who have been deceased for 2 1/2 years now. This is not the first time they have been in my dreams. But it was so pleasant to see them. What does any of this mean?
