The presence of Typhoon Quedan, which is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) Monday afternoon, is pulling Pepeng causing a "dumbell" effect. Known as Fujiwhara Effect, it causes the two tropical cyclones' vortices to "waltz" over the sea. The stronger storm influences the movement of the weaker one: Quedan is now spinning towards northwest and Pepeng, currently stationary, is expected to traverse southeastwardly in the coming days. Melor is still outside of PAR, estimated 1,220 kilometers east of extreme northern Luzon with maximum sustained winds of 205 kph and gustiness of 250 kph, moving west northwest at 25 kph. "Melor (Quedan) is still too far to affect any part of the country," Cruz said. Pepeng, however will bring moderate to heavy rains in extreme northern Luzon until Wednesday. Pepeng will either recurve back, affecting extreme northern Luzon, head to Vietnam or will be pulled by Quedan towards Okinawa, Japan. The ridge of High Pressure Area (HPA) is also causing the non-movement of Pepeng, Cruz said. Only the weakening of HPA will "release" Pepeng that will cause it to shoot up to Okinawa, along with Melor, he said. Pepeng was not expected to make another landfall but will continue to dump heavy rain, Cruz said. The storm was located 230 kilometers off northern Laoag city, packing winds of 95 kph and gusts of up to120 kph. Typhoon Quedan over the northern Pacific Ocean was pushing west, Cruz said. It did not pose a direct threat to the rain-soaked northern Philippines, he said. Pepeng hit the main island of Luzon last Saturday. Flooding and landslides over the weekend killed at least 16 people, but the capital, Manila - still awash in floodwaters from a storm barely a week earlier - was spared a new disaster. Pepeng hit the Philippines just eight days after a Tropical Storm Ondoy (international codename: Ketsana) inundated Manila and surrounding provinces, killing almost 300 people. Saturday's storm dropped more rain on the capital, slowing the cleanup and making conditions more miserable. Still, classes in and around Manila were reopened Monday after a weeklong closure, except where schools were turned into evacuation centers. Signal number two is maintained over Ilocos Norte, while signal number one is raised over Ilocos Sur, Abra, Apayao, Batanes Group of Islands, Northern Cagayan, including Calayan and Babuyan Group of Islands. Improving weather conditions, meanwhile, can be expected over Metro Manila and surrounding areas. (AP/PNA/Sunnex)

If it is itching so much, it is a big catastrophe and it depends where the itching starts, if it is in the middle of my palm it is in Asia or Middle East, if close to my fingers it is in America or Canada, the lower part is in Australia and new Zealand, if it is in the sides of my palm it is in Europe. If the itching starts in my fingers it is heavy rain and strong flood. Sometimes I dream of a certain place, when my palm itches when I wake up, I know where the catastrophe is and it will happen within three days. In April 2009, I dreamt of the moving big words “Tell the people, the cry of the city”, when I woke and opened my eyes, I could still see the moving words and my palm and fingers were very itchy. My palm continued itching until night. When I woke the following morning, my palm and fingers were still itching and I heard over our radio the shocking earthquake in Italy. I have also dreams of the past; the ancient time, the 18th century, the First World War, and the Second Word war and I believe they are connected to the present and the future. This book will give insights to the readers to have more knowledge and understanding of the meaning of life, the mysteries and the happenings around us. This will also help them to understand and interpret their own dreams. In my book the readers will explore and discover the unexplained in the world of my dreams. This book reveals that there is life after death. I fully understand that my dreams and visions are very important messages and I am sharing them to help more people. I know God is showing me some bad happenings that He wants me to tell people to prepare, for these will come anytime. I can only say, live with Almighty God our Lord everyday and put Him in your heart for He is love. If there is love, there is no hatred and greed. If there’s no hatred and greed, there’s no war. Our salvation is to repent and to pray is for peace. Trust everything on Him for His Love is everlasting. As soon as I got up in the 7th of October, I saw my children’s heart shape sticker on top of our bed with the words “I am an angel”. I picked it up and put in my breast above my heart then I said “thank you my guardian angel” then thanked the Lord again that I’ve already done it when I woke. I went straight to my computer and turned it on. As I read my inbox messages, a returned reply to the forwarded message I sent that night says, “Read this slowly. (God I love you, and I need you, come into my heart now). You will send this to everyone on your list, including me, see a miracle tonight”. While reading, I could feel that a miracle is about to come. I then edited the introduction of my book but I felt that something is missing. After a while, I visited the site of Dream Central, one of the new posts is “Flood in the Philippines” which I posted few days ago. In that topic, one person commented, “I read your posting about what is happening in Asia and I observe also on the news networks. I feel for you and your people. For me, in those circumstances, I put all my faith in the Ultimate Creator as depicted so well in Psalms 91”. I immediately opened my bible; while reading the verses, I felt that the introduction of this book was completed.

Below is the psalms 91, last paragraph of my book introduction + my last words "God Bless everyone.
Psalms 91: 1-16, “Whoever goes to the Lord for safety, whoever remains under the protection of the Almighty, can say to Him, “You are my defender and protector; You are my God; in you I trust”. He will keep you safe from all hidden dangers and from all deadly diseases. He will cover you with His wings; you will be safe in His care; His faithfulness will protect and defend you. You need not fear any dangers at night or sudden attacks during the day or the plagues that strike in the dark or the evils that kill in daylight. A thousand may fall dead beside you, ten thousands all round you but you will not be harmed. You will look and see how the wicked are punished. You have made the Lord your defender, the Most High your protector, and so no disaster will strike you, no violence will come near your home. God will put His angels in charge of you to protect you wherever you go. They will hold you up with their hands to keep you from hurting your feet on the stones. You will trample down lions and snakes, fierce lions and poisonous snakes. God says, I will save those who love me and will protect those who acknowledge me as Lord. When they call to me, I will answer them; when they are in trouble, I will be with them. I will rescue them and honour them. I will reward them with long life; I will save them". God Bless everyone.
