Dreams coming true...

I dream nearly every night and I often remember fragments of most of my dreams. However, this one particular dream is not only as vivd as reality but it tends to come true.

I'll dream of a newborn baby. Sometimes it's my own baby and in some dreams I can only see they newborn baby and nothing else. The unusual aspect comes after my dream. In some instances I've dreamt the same dream for nearly a week and then found out that someone I know is pregnant and in others it's one night of dreaming and then the next morning I hear news of someone I know being pregnant. It seems that I dream this "baby dream" until I find out that someone is pregnant, but it's never lasted longer than a week.

I've researched baby dreams but none of the interperrutations applied to me, especially since the dreams stop as soon as I hear news of someone being pregnant. I've even tested it with my husband. I told him about my dreaming and what I thought it meant and I was able to prove to him that my dreaming of newborns always coincides with a new pregnany. He said I totally creeped him out! I wasn't sure if this is some sixth sense I've aquired because lately I've had more than just baby dreams that are coming true. Are dreams intuitive?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Courtney,

I don't think it's strange that your dreams tell about the future. There are many people with dream messages of the future (and in particular on this forum). I believe these people have been given a gift, although from reading some posts here not everyone is thrilled about seeing into the future. I write a dream journal and that has helped me a lot to interpret my own dream messages. Sometimes a dream can bring a symbolic meaning and sometimes a literal meaning. If this is something you wish to pursue then just ask quietly before sleep to receive more prophetic dreams and I would not be surprised if it happens sooner than later. It's really all about asking and receiving.
