Prophetic Message?

Hi all. I have a question that I think I already know the answer to---but I'd like other opinions. For the past two weeks my sister has been having pain in her foot. Well, about a week ago she had a dream where she saw our deceased grandfather who told her "don't worry sweetheart, you'll be with me soon." Today, she went to get the results of her MRI and the doctor told her she has a tumor in her leg. She will find out more next week when she sees the specialist. I know it may seem clear-cut but when I have my prophetic dreams, they are never as "obvious" as this. Thoughts?

It could be the dream implies what you fear it implies. But I think you also need to take into account that she had this dream a week after the pains in her foot started so the dream could be related to her worries about the pain.
