Prophetic Dream

I have been having a string of dreams. Sometimes these epidsodes persist for days or even weeks, but it is a story that "picks up" where it leaves off. Right now its difficult to recount all the dreams up to the most recent one, but I can share last nights dream with you:

--POSTAPOCALYPTIC WORLD--

I am with a small group of people traveling. We come across what was a big city at one time but now is mostly rubble. Most of the homes are falling over, totally collapsed, or just gone. But a few of the original residents still remain, I consider them original residents because they are advanced in age unlike most of the other residents who seem to have settled into the homes that were sturdy enough to house them.

Everybody appears hungry, angry, desperate, curious, and in fear of something. Some of the people I was traveling with decide to go set up camp outside of town, I and a trusted friend press on. After some time, our presence had been detected by the leader of this community. A man who would rather strike fear into the heart of his people than lead them with valor.

This "leader" confronts us as trespassers, we get into a brawl but my companion and I are strong enough to repel his attack, for now. We continued touring the town, assessing structures for their integrity, and learning about the culture of the community. Later, we are again confronted by the leader but this time he chooses diplomacy and gives us an ultimatum for settling in "his" town, to either settle, or settle. And become, what was essentially his slaves.

My traveling companion and I decide to start 'flying-under-the-radar." And we begin plotting on stealing liquor from the leader. Apparently, in this world, liquor is extremely rare and highly valued. Some parts of the town haven't been devastated and two buildings in particular, a church like building, and a tech center-like building, are totally in tact. The church building is where all the community's residents gather daily for some purpose I can't remember. The tech center was the headquarters and home of the leader. The last thing I remember from last nights dream is my companion and I infiltrating the church with the help of some residents, but I wake up before we complete the mission.




This is the latest in a series of post-apocalyptic dreams in which I am part of a small group of travelers. We encounter larger groups, hierarchical communities, and generally trying to survive. But the most important thing about these dreams is they have that unique quality of the sensation that they are among the few of my dreams that come true. We've all had it, dreamt something shortly or long before it actually happened. The dream itself having a unique feeling to it, and that feeling returning almost immediately when you realize its coming true. Anybody having similar dreams?

Hi, where do you live? The reason I ask is because theres some people who believe we will have a Polar-shift that will occur in Oct, 2011. Which will turn everything upside down....and theres only certain locations that will survive or be safer than other places.
They say that wars & other events will take place B4 Oct, 2011. Here is an Interesting Map of Locations of what will happen during the polar shift....

Not sure how accurate it is, although IF this were to really happen atleast we have an idea of where to go.
