(!) Call 911 ....What should I do (?)

My dream starts where Im at my Aunts house and Im there yet none of them can see me but I see everything. My Aunt is in the bathroom getting ready for bed and weirdly enough Im in the bathroom with her as she stands at the sink to brush her teeth she takes off her jewelry and places some of her ring at the edge of the sink one falls in the sink and she look up oddly at the mirror and realizes something is wrong she doesn't feel well and her chest and arm hurts shes having some trouble breathing. I see her open the door she goes out to tell her daughter and son that she is having a heart attack and that someone needs to call 911 but they say no mom your just under stress its an anxiety attack you'll be alright come sit down and she says no its not that this time its different Im really having a heart attack. Nobody will believe her so she calls my grandmother (her mother) and Im still there with my Aunt in her home and yet Im on the phone with her and my grandmother at the same time I hear my aunt call her and tell her that nobody will listen to her and that she knows she is having a heart attack and that she doesn't think she has long enough to call 911 on her own and so she asks my grandmother (her mom) to make the call for her as she is running out of time she can feel she is going to pass out then all I hear is screaming and my aunt passes out on the floor.

I get a hold of my mother and tell her this right away, that I have had this dream as I have been a prophetic dreamer my entire life and I can tell my prophetic dreams from my other dreams very well. My mother feels I Have an obligation to share this info with my Aunt! My mother said that what I dreamed has already happen to her once and they told her she was just having anxiety and that she would be alright and she was alright but that for the last few months my Aunt has been calling my Mom & Dad to let them know she has not felt right and that she has been going to the doctor but they cant find anything wrong with her she is having some trouble breathing and tightness in the chest. Well my family has not told me this till I told them my dream and then they confirmed it which happens to me often in cases like this and now I don't know if Im just being prepared to accept this happening in the near future or if I can somehow help my Aunt or guide her to help......What would you do???? I dont want to call her and add additional worry to her by telling her that I saw her have a heart attack in my dream, Im sure she does not need the additional stress but I almost feel I would be wrong not to say something! (what do you think) ?

Tell her about your dream. Tell her to seek medical attention. They can put a 24-hour Holter monitor on her to record her heartbeat over a day, she can have numerous tests done. She needs to tell her doctor that she is having chest tightness and shortness of breath and has had it before, but was told she was "only having an anxiety attack." This is coming through so strongly to me - perhaps you had the dream so you could warn her. You say you've had precog dreams for many years, I assume your family knows. Please tell her, she needs to see a doctor. Chest tightness and shortness of breath are serious symptoms, they really are. It won't add to her stress, it may help that someone believes her. I would really like to know what happens with you and this dream, would you be kind enough to post again when you have made your decision? I agree with bcdreamer... you need to urge her to go to the doctor and be pushy about getting tested if necessary. There's a lot in the news lately about how women's heart attacks are often missed and their complaints dismissed until it's too late. The symptoms in women are less obvious than in men.

I get those kinds of dreams too, and it's always a struggle knowing what to do. If it seems like something that can be changed, I choose to tell, even if it makes me uncomfortable. At least it gives the opportunity to act and change things to the other person. Most of the time though, these dreams actually seem to predict events that are already set in motion, and seve mostly to prepare me emotionally to deal with the situation.

But in this case, there seems to be plenty of information and good reason to be sure she's getting proper treatment.

I did contact my Aunt and say my peace about it and see how she was doing. She is trying to stay on top of it and be checked out as well as she can be by her family doctor and some specialists he has refered her to.

Sooo all I can do is sit back and see what comes of it. I hope she will be well but if she is not I like having the prophetic warning system on my side.

To your point in your first post, about being forewarned - "to be forewarned is to be forearmed". Having the dream has the practical effect of steeling you against the shock of the future event and it also provides future reinforcement to your seeing prophetically.
A series of foreknown events, once confirmed, builds your faith to accept "weirder" or "greater" things (no disrespect or morbidity intended ).
