anyone hearing voices while awake?

i have had dreams of tsunamis before. the last time i dreamed there would be 2 tsunamis. 2 weeks later there was 1 off of japan and 1 off the solomon islands. last night i woke up and was lying in bed trying to go back to sleep when i heard plain as if they were right next to me someone say is that a tsunami? it was the strangest thing. i usually dream not hear voices. anyone else hearing voices telling them something is going to happen?

i just saw a news story on a dam that broke and they said in the article that it was like a tsunami hit them. funny i would hear that and then see this come out today.

That is amazing, I've never really had that happen to me before.
I have been having dreams of a major tsunami and a hurricane event happening soon though..I just don't know where...

Some people hear laughter outside the bedroom window--not sure if they are dreaming or really awake when they hear it.

Sometimes it's difficult to know if you really are awake and not dreaming (Lucid Dreams).

You heard a voice telling you about a tsunami and believe you were awake, but how can you be sure that it wasn't a lucid moment in a dream?
