Mom visitings me in my dreams

Just a bit of a background. I dream a lot and have a feeling that at times I have prophetic dreams. I see something in dream which comes true in near future.

I would like to seek help in interpreting one of my dream. I lost my mom to a terrible and sudden road accident and I could not explain how shocked I was. She is the one I love the most in this world and will always do so. I can never imagine my life without her. From the very first day, I never accepted this fact. I kept saying to myself that she will come back to me, she has to.

I saw her in dreams many a time from that day. Those are not normal dreams and they do tell me something. The common theme across those dreams is babies (infants). I feel as if she listens to me, recently I said to her (looking at her picture) that she do not talk to me in my dreams and to my surprise she visited me and we did talk a lot and the amazing thing about this dream was that she was sitting at my bedside table where I keep her picture while sleeping. I know she is around me and there are lot many others things that make me believe in it firmly. The best dream I had about her was when I held her hand and said you will have to come back to me and she said yes and then I again said not for a short time but forever and she said yes she will come back to me forever. I saw a baby in the very first dream I had of her. Very recently, I saw that I am at my parents place and something fell from the sky right around my feet and I am telling people around me that it is the Sun surrounded by nine planets. I actually feel it is real although the object which fell was of brass with that kind of a shape. What does this all possibly means.

Can anybody please help me with interpreting my dream?

I wanted to share a dream I had with my mother in it. She passed many years ago (heart attack). About 5 yrs after she died, she came to me in a dream. In the dream was a tall man standing with a young woman with very long hair. She was holding a sweet chubby little baby. I understood that the man was the young woman's father and the baby his grandchild. My mum smiled at me and I woke up. Many years later (at least 10), I met that man and we are now together. He has a daughter from a previous marriage and about two months ago she had a baby boy, a happy sweet little baby. When I met him, I knew that this little boy is my mum. I dreamed about these people years before I met them......I think my mother was trying to tell me that everything would be all right, that she would literally "come back" into my life by being born as that happy little baby. Perhaps your mum is giving you a similar message, to not despair because you will be reunited. And I think the brass solar system landing at your feet is God trying to tell you that the world is at your feet, and to be positive. Just a thought, but I think your dream is intriguing....the spirit is immortal after all. I have had similar dreams about other friends who have died and I always wake up feeling that I've really talked to the actual person....Hope this helps a little.

Thanks bcdreamer, this was really reassuring...I thought so that she is giving me this signal...I want her back desperately....just out of curiosity, can I ask you what makes you feel that the baby is your Mom...are you trying to link your dream or is it something more....

In the dream my mum pointed at the baby and smiled at me and it was in the dream that I "knew" the baby would be my mum coming back, though the words were not spoken aloud. And whenever I remembered the dream, even before meeting the person from the dream, I would think that the baby was my mum too.....strange and wonderful at the same time, I was always comforted by that feeling/knowledge, whatever you want to call it......

Thanks once again, I personally feel that baby is your Mom and rest assured she will definitely hint you the same in her own special way…I can’t live without my Mom and I want her back desperately although it might be a slightly difficult thing to believe but it do happen and particularly when you share special relationships….I have never accepted and will never accept she is away from me and just believe she has taken a break and as she was away from me this is one way she can be with me for life…I would plan to do all what I wanted to do with her once she is back…I am fighting against odds but I know I will win…I had a similar dream again last night…I guess I never thought about having a baby before this as I was destined for something else but now I will….

You are blessed to see your mum in your dream. I lost my mum 2 years ago this month. I miss her.

this is my thought,
im not saying i do not believe that she is visiting your dreams but their could be other possibilities.
When i dream its usually about things that are happening in my life or what my emotions are.
you might be grieving for her and be thinking about her all the time and it could result that she is appearing in your dreams.
But also she could be visiting you in your dreams aswell you got to look at it all different angles if you want to know why this is happening.

Thanks, that is helpful. The reason I feel she is visiting me and passing on this message to me is b’coz I know in the dreams that she is not alive. The dream where she told me she will be back to me forever, I knew I was talking to her spirit. I can clearly differentiate other dreams I had of her recently where I feel in the dreams that she is alive. I have also read a lot of articles on re-birth (real examples) and the theory behind it says clearly that people who go away in these kind of sudden situation are the ones having more chances of re-birth as they have a lot of unfinished business. The people studying these types of cases have done extensive researches. In addition, I have a history of having prophetic dreams that do come true. These dreams are straight forward as they tell you what will happen in future. If she is telling me in my dreams, it might hold some significance. I know I keep thinking about her whole day long but I still cannot control my dreams. In that was the case then I would have been dreaming about her everyday. She knows I can’t stay without her and she is telling me she can’t either.

Uhm! Sorry to burst your bubble but I think this are not prophetic dreams. I'm also sorry for the loss of your dear mother, but not accepting the truth that she's dead is hard and the thought of it even for me is harder. You say that she appeared in your dreams and felt she wasn't dead but alive? Well this kind of dreams are what my own mother dreams about (we have third eye's i guess)

There are times in our life that we lose the people we love and also those we barely know the shock of death can always, always frighten us and not believe in the after life...I sometimes think that my mother is crazy because she keeps on telling me that she's a communicator among the dead in her dreams.

When I read your post I felt like you we're being haunted and that thing about not accepting her being dead is hard but these souls need to move on...She's the closest to you she can't move on because your holding on to her. I can't say much about on this but you have to learn and decide for yourself what you want to do with her visiting you.
