Default A dream that became reality in a way.

There was a dream that I remember, I had this dream almost three years ago and it was interesting to say the least. My dreams are often fragmented and well...this is what I can remember.

A friend of mine and I were sitting on top of a hill. Next thing I know, I could see the man I loved in a building, the walls were earth colored. The place was quiet, something akin to a place you would find in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He was pacing, and arranging things and then, he started pacing. Suddenly, he went up to one of his employees and said to him, "I do not believe her. She lied to me. How can she say that she loves me and just leave me, not even a word? She is a liar." He said this and then he walked off abruptly.

I could feel him and hear him from so far away, I heard him and it caused much anxiety in me. I wanted to tell him how much he meant to me and how I felt about him and so I asked my friend to find him and tell him for me. She refused to go initially and said to me he will not want to hear from you. Well I insisted and she went, he was abrupt and cutting towards her, would not listen to a word he she said. The dream ended there

In reality, the next morning I had a job fair to go to, and then an interview. I happened to be looking through the paper and interestingly enough, his telephone number and I believe his name showed up in the paper. The place that I had the job expo and the interview, were located maybe a few blocks from each other. I could not believe it! I felt shaken and upset. Because this is how it has always been for me in regards to this person, ever since I met him. I had no need to fantasize with him, the dreams often time became a reality. And not to be crass, but it scared the living **** out of me.

Default scared me

It's pretty much documented we dream 4 periods a night; not saying only 4 dreams, just 4 dream times. We could all remember dreams much more if
we didn't scare ourselves by telling ourselves: I can't handle it, I can't face it.

Many times dreams don't happen for a long time. by then we are older and wiser, or don't even care about the subject and so handle it well. Write it down and let go.

Default Good points

Indeed, you are so right about growing older and wiser, especially about the not caring part. Back then, I loved that person and well, it freaked me out, to dream such a thing, and well the next day, his name and number in the paper? Come on... you think to self, is there some sort of a connection? But what about the warning? Should I leave it alone or just rock it and face it? I chose to do something about it, and well it sucked to all hell. But such is life, we cannot change the past.

I will have to say that I have always been more open and more susceptible to certain things, when my heart was involved. That is just how it was, but now, not so much any more, somethings are just incidental, and that experience helped to sharpen my blade. That is why I have chosen to write about said experience here and now. It is kind of funny when I think about it, seeing only what I chose to see. Ah, at any rate, such an experience did not stop me from falling in love again, but that is neither here nor there... lol

Thanks for the feedback. It is very much appreciated. Thank you!
