I dreamt last year that someone close to me would die, I didn't know who but I saw myself and heard myself think "I can't believe she's dead". When I dreamt my dream I had long brown hair when I saw myself in my dream I had short red hair. The year later she did die, and before the funeral I got my hair cut short and coloured red. I dreamt of the funeral the night before it. I read more into predicting the future through dreams and found out that you can actually change the future, Now I feel like I'm responsible for her death and it's eating me up inside. I'm too scared to go to sleep now incase I dream of someone else dying or something bad happening to them.

I too have had a dream that came true that resulted in the death of someone. Like you I felt as though I contributed to their demise. It took a while for me to realize that I had nothing to do with the outcome of my dream. I looked at it as though I had been chosen to be shown what was going to happen. It is not easy to think that way, but I truly believe that there is no way of knowing if our actions would change the ultimate outcome. It seems as though you were close to your cousin, think of in a way of preparing you for the fact and not being at fault.

dreams do tell the future. if we pay attention to them. we really cant change the future. if we change it something else will happen to set it in order. if something is going to happen it will. i have learned to be thankful for every dream i have had of someones death. i have learned that now is the time to talk to my family and tell them i love them. i will see them again. it may seem a long time before i will but to them it will be but a moment. and i know we will be reunited. we are given the time here to search for God. to find understanding. and every moment counts. we never know when our time will be up. then when asked what we learned i hope i have the right answer. so dont fret over your dream. the books may tell you that you can change the future but the time is set. be glad about every moment you had with your cousin and know you will see her again. blessings, kate
