The only problem I have with the Blessing/worshiping of the sun is before this Thread was created I was doing some research on this man name Bill Schnoebelen & listened to his Video tape(s) at the Church Prophecy club.

"With their BACKS toward the temple of the LORD & their FACES toward the East, they were Bowing Down to the SUN in the EAST."

According to Bill Schnoebelen & what the Illuminati are into is "Sun Worshipping" because Lucifer is suppose to be the Light bearer. I have done much more research on this subject before I researched this man, so I know what I am talking about. But he explains it all w/ much detail because he was deep into the occult.

Do you think that God will come because of this?
I wonder why Jesus said Until you say "bless is he..."
maybe this is why.

So when you see standing in the Holy Place 'the Abomination that causes Desolation (Anti-Christ)' let the reader understand- Let no one on the roof of the his house go down to take anything out of the house.

THen it says 'How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women & nursing mothers.

22:If those days had not been CUT SHORT, no one would survive, but for the sake of the Elect those days will be SHORTENED!!

The abomination of desolation is actually an act that the false prophet will carry out and will be a signal to all remaining that we are entering tribulations. That would be the time to head for the hills. The old act of abomination of desolation was when a pig was sacrificed on an altar in a holy temple. So it will be an act of desecration to a holy temple. I recently looked into this matter and have come to this conclusion.

talking about God, less than a year ago, i was in a suicidal stage, but one night, it seems that God was talking to me. I dreamt i was in the field which leads to the gates of heaven, and a tall young asian man which represented God was there and he told me "Dont give up. The times are tough, but I will pull you through. Do NOT let Lucifer the Decietful win you over. He is a coward." I just found it wierd that he referred to Satan as Lucifer the Decietful because that isnt in any biblical scriptures that i know of.

The "elect" there refers to those who will come to Christ during that time. The Gospel will still continue to be preached (after the rapture) to those who are left, and some will be saved as a result. If the days were not cut short, those people would not be able to make it.

A word of caution when interpreting dreams of this nature, so that one is not mislead as God is not the only one who can cause dreams. We do have an enemy as the bible warns us we war not against flesh and blood, but wicked spirits in high places.

Nevertheless, we must always make sure what we believe matches up with scripture. If not, then we know it's not true. Secondly, eschatology is interesting, but the bible is clear no one will know exactly the time of the end, not even Jesus. Only the Father knows and until then we just know it's the "last days". This is something we need not worry about as long as we are doing what God has called us to do, but it's easy to get sidetracked.

Everything is about balance so as not to open ourselves to deception.

Is the "leader of the church of Israel" on this message board? If this is a message from God to Israel why is it being delivered here?

If you look at the outline of a map of the continental United States, you will see that it is shaped like a whale or big fish swimming upside down! So maybe all who live here have been swallowed by the whale. What I find interesting is that the United States has freedom of religion guaranteed by our Constitution.

Jonah had to accept that God could forgive whomever he chose, not just Jews, but all people, which was also Jesus's message (read the parable of the Eleventh Hour, for example), and seems to me to be in alignment with freedom of religion. We are not the ones who get to say who is forgiven or saved. God is, and ever will be! I have it on good authority that ultimately, it's intended that not one will be lost. But we have to get the narrow blinders off and seek the Big Picture. It's not all going to necessarily happen in just one lifetime either.

Stories like Pinocchio are full of symbolism, and should be read as if they were dreams or parables. A good adult version of Pinocchio is the movie: A.I. Artificial Intelligence. We can learn from such stories just as much as from the Bible. All is inspired by God, not just one book!

Dear Hazel,

That guy's name sounds like "Snow Blowin'", and one should be cautious when presented with a snow job! It's rather like the meaning of "blowing smoke." All this stuff about the Illuminati is just a red herring, distracting from what is important, much like dwelling on the idea of Armageddon.

The reference to Lucifer as light bearer, or Star of the Morning comes from Isaiah, but one should also consider that in the Book of Revelation, it is JESUS who identifies (reveals?) himself as the Bright Morning Star. These things are meaningful! Pay attention!

Try to see redemption as a path, rather than an instant kind of thing. Okay, so if you see Lucifer, fallen from Heaven for refusing to serve God's children, and here he is, on Earth, and oh centuries or millenia later (perhaps a Bible scholar could tell us the length of time between Isaiah and Jesus?), he's finally come back as Jesus. Now bear with me here... psychic Edgar Cayce actually channeled a great deal of information about Jesus's earlier incarnations, though I don't know if it was meant to be literal, but just to make us aware that Jesus may have lived more than one lifetime. But Lucifer, refusing to serve mankind, goes through lifetimes of living with that attitude and arrogance, and then he comes back finally as Jesus, the man who really finally understands and gets the Big Picture... he is ONE with the Father, as are ALL of God's children, whether or not they've figured it out yet, and as Jonah learned, regardless of birthright or religion.

It's a journey out of darkness and into The Light, one every person has to take. It's about becoming aware of the Indwelling Presence of God, of the Holy Spirit as the Life Force within us. If we're not conscious of that indwelling presence, then we're not yet conscious at all, really... like somewhere in here someone mentioned the animals not knowing their right hand from their left hand... symbolically, not knowing right from wrong... often, we do not, but we have to learn. When we are conscious of the Indwelling Presence (which is the meaning of Gnosis, really), then we are connected in an aware way to God, and to the help and guidance that God brings to us in a variety of ways, and it can change our lives, and ultimately, the world. When we know God is right there, inside, all we have to do is ask for help when we're confused about the right choices to foster Highest Good for all concerned parties. God will not let us down!

The A-Bomb A Nation of Desolation... see that??? We can't nuke a place and then expect to take things out of the place (they're POISON now), or expect the women and children in the place to fare well... they just die... farewell! One has to develop a sensitivity to puns and wordplay to understand anything written symbolically, and that includes scripture. It's why Jesus says in Revelation that anyone reading the words of the book ALOUD will be blessed. It is the best way to hear puns. It's why he called Peter the Rock, as the Greek for rock is Petra. He knew these things. If you want to know what things mean, learn to interpret your dreams. Learn symbol. Learn metaphor. Learn puns and wordplay. They matter. Taking scripture literally is the wrong way to read it if you want to actually understand what it means.
