Next Door Neighbour Dream

Something struck me about this dream i had last night. I usually dream heavily and remember them well but this dream had an extra quality which just threw me. I can only liken it to always dreaming in 2D and then having one in 3D..Or black & white and one in colour


Basically in the dream my parents split up, and my dad went to live with my elderdy next door neighbour, who is a really nice man and a good friend of the family. Anyway i remember that i had no interest in speaking to my dad, and he came and told me that my dad was a new man and had taken up religion and pored over the bible all day...which is strange because my Dad is not a religous man and i certainly am not religous.


For whatever reason this made me very concerned about my dad and i went to see him with my neighbour...and then it all gets a bit hazy

and suddenly we are in a different apartment and my parents are there and so is my neighbour, and its some sort of casual gathering or party but the vibe was of a happy occaision. And i suddenly got this overwhelming sense that my neighbour was going to die. This is when it became very clear.

In my dream it was only me who seemed to know and he must have realised something was strange because he came and gave me a very long & tight hug and i didn't want him to let go in case he slipped away. now i am not a 'Hug' person so that alone is significant to me!!

when i got up this morning i couldn't concentrate and i was convinced something had happened to him, but at about 10ish in the morning i saw him come out of his house, and although he is in his 70's my neighbour is very fit and healthy and has a positive outlook, but when i saw him today he just looked so frail. I've never seen him like that before it was such a shock...i'm convinced something has/is going to happen to him
