The Date March 12th, Anyone hear this in dream?

All i remember from this dream is the date march 12th, this dream was during the beginning of summer last year.. I dont remember anything but the date( This is because i written it down on my calander right after i woke up.

Im thinking of putting a notebook beside my bed and after i wake from a dream, to write down what i remember. Anyone else do this?
