Dreams of Earth, Meteors, stuff in the sky

1st Dream:
My dream started out at dawn, the sun was just above the horizon. Then the sun looked like it was going backwards, so I watched it. Then it did go backwards and back down in the east and it was dark like twilight. The TV was on and the news channel was saying that the sun was "leaving." Then I was shown clips of the following days, this is what I saw in the clips. The sun was rising backwards, it would also flicker, and erratically move across the sky. The earth sometimes felt like it was wobbling and gravity was effected. The sun got smaller and smaller and then it was totally gone. The earth was dark and cold, there was less gravity and the ground was soft and squishy. The earth felt like it was moving (or being propelled) through space. The stars were REALLY bright and filled the sky, I also could see whole galaxies in the distance.

2rd Dream:
I don't remember the first part of the dream, but somehow I was driving and I was drunk (I do not drink in real life). It was dark, obviously nighttime. I went into the ditch and wrecked my car. I then got out and walked to a nearby local restaurant. While I was walking I saw a meteor hit the ground about 20 feet ahead. When it landed it broke apart a little, it was still hot semi-redish but quickly cooled. And I ran with others to get it. It was small, like an acorn. Then larger ones began to fall in the same area, some as large as vans. But not a whole lot of damage given how large they were, there were people trying to stop these meteors from rolling farther into town by blocking them with large semi trucks. There were families living in tents and some of the meteors rolled inside their tents and then would explode. One such family, the mother did nothing to help her family she just smoked a cigarette and didn't care, so other people nearby grabbed the small children, one still in diapers, away from the meteor before it exploded. Many of us took shelter in the restaurant, and when the meteors stopped coming down we were a bit relieved. By this time it was semi-light outside and the sky was overcast, it looked like the clouds were dropping, and looking bumpy, like how coulds look before it hails or before a tornado. I suggested we all seek shelter underground. But then as the clouds got closer we could see that they were not clouds but a black/grey sludge type material. As it got to the top of the building it began to coat it, and slide down the windows. It was happening to all the buildings around as far as we could see. Then as the sludge reached all the way to the ground, it started to lift up. As it did, everything it coated was pulled up with it, so the building was being lifted up off the ground with everything and everyone in it. I was near the door of the building so I opened the door and was able to slip out in time, and also pull a couple others out with me. There was some sort of bench on the ground that had a seat that opened. We all managed to squeeze and hide in there for some sort of protection. I was thinking whatever/whoever is doing this will be coming back soon to look for survivors and we needed to find a better spot to hide underground. And then I woke up.

Very strange. I have not seen any scary movies lately, not in over a year possibly more. And no I'm not into UFOs or anything like that. Just a normal person having really weird dreams. Not sure if it prophetic or not but I have dreams along this accord all the time and I'd love to get someone's take on what they could mean.

I also had a dream of meteor falling on 10/12/08.

Me and my friends family were out camping, somewhere in the mountains, then suddenly giant meteors were falling from the sky. The meteor were falling none stop destroying homes and cities, we hid ourselfs behind mountains from getting hit. I ran home to find my family, and notice I had to dodge meteors and pray for luck its not coming right at me. The size of the meteor ranged from size of a man to a size large home. The meteor kept on falling for several hours, I couldn't tell when it will stop. Many homes were destroyed, people died. I had to find my family to get them away from the dangerous spot, and take them into an armored iron building where its safe from the meteors.

Wow after dreaming of falling meteor, it turns out there was a great meteor caught on video that fell somewhere in canada around today 11/23/08.
Should be able to see it on the news, I wonder if astronomers actually was prepare to see this metoer falling, if not, just imagin how many could fall unnotice.

Doesn't suprise me that this fairly large meteor was not spotted before it burned up in our atmosphere. There are only a handful of people, the number can be literally counted with your fingers, that actually track these near earth ojects. Most of them go undetected as they bombard our planet. It's only a matter of time before one the size of Tunguska strikes the earth again. Scientifcally speaking, not prophetically speaking... I believe we are due for one in our lifetime.
