The weirdest weekend....

I was in a relationship which lasted for just over one year and ended 5yrs ago... I never see my ex around and very rarely would I even think about him. However, two nights ago I had this really lucid dream where I was in a room with him and his girlfriend and they are drinking beer and I am drinking tea by the window. In the dream I am pregnant with his child and they are both being quite horrible and poking fun at me. I sense that I am distressed. The girl leaves the room for a few minutes and he apologises and tells me he still loves me and hugs me....it was right about there that I woke up.

The dream freaked me out a little as I didn't understand the meaning.
Then last night I went out with my boyfriend (who I live with and love lots!), we were standing at the bar, waiting to be served. I turned around to see my ex standing with his girlfriend...he saw me and knew that I had seen him. It's a small bar and they had just clearly just arrived, but they left; presumably as I was there.
Is any of this connected? Just to clarify, I am not in love with my ex, i feel nothing for him and never see or think about him-which is why i'm so confused!
