I Dream The Future (I Think) - WHY!?!? So Confused ...

Hey, Im 13 too and I get these dreams a lot, your not a freak and a lot of people have them, people just say we have a really actuve imaginiation or whatever but I'm right there with you! =] I think it's really our gift to see what we see...and it has helped me save 2 peoples lives! I hope you use it for good as well

As far back as I can remember as a child I had dejavu angel experiences, and dreams of the future. I never told my secret to anyone but my mom because I felt the same way as you do. I learned that God gives everyone gifts of the spirit. I believe that people are given the gift of prophesy meaning you can see things in the future before they happen.
I always felt as if I was being watched by God and angels..not a freaky way but that I have a purpose in my life a journey I must make and He and his angels are watching over me on my way. Sometimes I can sense evil or goodness in people.
When I was 12 I had a vision of my life. At the time I wanted to be a weatherman or meterologist. But in my vision I saw myself old in a rocking chair with a house full of photos of my family who had all died and a stack of books by my chair. These were school albums. There were 3 books of differnt sizes, colors and each one had a different mascot. The largest one was the first and it was green and black with a panther on the front. The second one was black and gold and the mascot I didn't see and the third was the thinnest book but couldnt tell much more about it. I somehow knew I would be a teacher. The first school I taught at had the mascot of a panther and the colors were green and white. I taught there 18 years. I am now at a school for 4 years and our school colors are black and gold. And all my relatives all just about all dead and theyare on my walls. So sometimes we see our futures and others too.
Don't be afraid because you have been blessed with a gift of the spirit..just don't use it the wrong way. Look for God for your instructions for using your gift.

Woah! I do the same thing! I'm so glad there are people out there like me. I told a few of my friends in school today that i could dream of the future, and they didn't believe me and told me the "scientific" reason for this. but i know it's not true. I've actually recorded some of these dreams that have happened a few days later in real life. and they DID happen the exact same way.

I have luckily found a way to use these dreams. I had a dream one time that one of my best friends was arguing with me, and i knew in the dream that it was going to end badly. I heard myself respond incorrectly to my friend and she got really upset. Two days later, i had the same scene happen. I was in the same place, watching my friend battle with me from the same direction I was facing in, and the same words were coming out of my mouth. But when I got to that key phrase, the one that would lead to a peaceful ending or a break in friendship, I knew what to say. I said the RIGHT thing this time, and it all ended peacefully and we were both laughing in the end.

See, you can use these dreams to your advantage. You can solve problems, like I have. You can determine what your actions will be in similar situations. I think it's a blessing to have these dreams because you can really change your life with them.

I have the same experience. But when it happens I can predict what will happen next during those times

I have these kind of dreams too, but they only last a few seconds, but i can remember them before they happen. Just letting you know that your ot a freak and that lots of people have dreams like that. i THINK there are even profesionals at dreaming the future.

ColourPearl, You have to tell people of your dreams. This helps you release the bad enrgy in your body. Do you have a dream diary? If not, you ahve to start writng in a diary, it will help you too. It happened to me and it still happening until now but I already spred to the World"The Messages" the title of my first, miscellaneous prose and poetry and was published in Great britain in 2006, available online , a signed copy is available in my website.
