possible subconcious connection with my best friend?

The following is a dream I had a few nights ago. I posted it on the dream interpretation board.
What gets to me is what I found out afterward......please see to the end.
What do you think? I appreciate your insights.

I dreamed that I flew to pay a surprise visit to my best friend of 23 years.
I arrive at her house at 8:30 am, only to find that she and her family are still in bed asleep.
I somehow end up in her house, quietly tip toeing upstairs,to see if anyone is waking up. THere are toys everywhere (in real life, she has 3 kids, and LOTS of toys!)
On the landing half way up the stairs, I accidentally hit a tall toy (almost like a jukebox.) It starts to play loudly, and I hear my friend's husband coming down the stairs. Afraid that they would be mad that I showed up unannounced, I run and hide.

Next thing I know, my friend's husband is next to me. He's not mad, but not excited to see me, either. He seems happy, but not because of my presence.

Next, I'm at the sink with my friend, who is glad to see me. SHe looks great, like she did in college, except she's in early pregnancy and is wearing a pink maternity top. We are doing the dishes, and she says, "How will I tell my mom?" Her mom doesn't know she's pregnant again. SHe knows this one is a girl. In the dream, she had 5 boys, and says this would be #6. She's afraid of what her mom would think, because she already is overwhelmed..
(In real life, she only has 3 boys now. SHe's often overwhelmed, as the 2 younger ones are twins. If she were to have another child, her whole family size would be 6.)

Her mom, grandmother, and a retired business teacher from my old high school enter. (in real life, my friend doesn't know this teacher.) The teacher lazily lounges in a chair in the living room, while her mom and grandmother help vacuum and clean up the living/dining room.

THe next scene, my friend and I are outside in what looks like an alley. She shows me all the broken toys that she threw out. I see broken and dirty parts to familiar games, like Twister, and Life. She told me that she's finally cleaning out what she doesn't need.

Then, down the alley, I see a small store nearby, and my friend says that is where her husband works now. (In real life, he has a high paying government job.) Her husband seems quite happy, and was smiling a lot.

This dream was very vivid, and in the past, I had premonition dreams about my best friend. (in one dream, told me in a dream she was pregnant, and when the conception was. When I told her, she hadn't even taken a pregnancy test yet. It turned out to be exactly right.)
So, this dream concerns me. It was a mixed bag of emotions.


Tonight, I decided to call my friend. She's been overwhelmed the past couple of weeks, because her husband and children have been sick with flu/pneumonia. They're better now. However, she's feeling quite tired, having cravings, and her cycle is late. SHe's worried, because her twins are only a year old, and she doesn't feel ready, if she happens to be pregnant. She's worried about what her mom would think of the situation if it were true.

To top it all off, I asked her, "Are you cleaning out toys from your house?" She said yes, toys that the babies have outgrown, to make room for stuff they need.

This has me freaked out. I'm guessing.....the part of the dream with me going to their house, and tiptoeing upstairs, was me "meeting" my friend subconsciously, so she can get her feelings of her chest.

My friend told me she's been dreaming of ME. She said it seemed like I was always in a car going somewhere. Running errands, feeling rushed. SHe said she dreamed of me being on a soccer field. My life has been EXACTLY that all month...running to doctors, errands, soccer games, running my business.

Can we be connected somehow?
