can not understand????

My bf had a dream, and the place hes at is all black ans hes sitting next to some people and they were really happy and hes throwing up black stuff and it was like tar. He had a realy bad stomach ache and his eyes felt like they were falling out of his head and he saw a big black shadow com'n to get him and before he could get him he woke up.
