Dream of the Aftermath of a Devastating Event

During the morning hours of May 5, 2008, I dreamed I was in a location where destruction was wide spread. I had been picking through the rubble of what had been a house. There was only twisted and charred metal that remained as was the case with all the structures in the area. Another man was with me and we had placed some of the twisted wire and metal onto one of a long row of wooden tables placed end to end as in an outdoor flea market. Beyond the tables, nearer where our table was, there was a line of tall, slim cedar trees. It was as though we were going to barter or trade with what we had on our table, but there were others doing the same with twisted, rusty, and scorched wire and metal piles on their tables. I was searching in our pile and saw a shiny, pearl-like sphere the size of a baseball. It had a beautiful bright sheen ( almost a glow) about it and I was reaching into the pile of twisted wire to retrieve it. I did not know what the sphere was in my dream but regarded it as an object of value. I had the impression that we were all suvivors of something devastating that had occured. Everyone moved slowly,were drearily dressed, ( I wore a long overcoat) and the overall imagery was dark and depressing. Before I had this dream I had prayed for the Lord to show me what would occur in the future.

I came on here to post a dream that I had and after reading your dream I decided not to post it, but I'd like to say that yours could fit with mine. I don't know if my dream is prophetic or not, but I've had 2 comparable dreams.

In the first dream I was walking down the street with several people from my church. It was a beautiful day and everybody was very happy and chatting as we walked down the street. I looked up in the air and there were planes all in the sky. It was so many that it reminded me of old war videos. At this moment I was yelling out to people "What is happening?" and the next thing I know we are running to a neighborhood garage and trying to go in. I look at this man as I'm trying to get people to go inside for safety and he looks at me too calmly and simply says, "It's too late". I'm still out in the street and I remember getting down on my knees on the hard asphalt and praying to god and saying "I love you Jesus, thank you for my life" and then I knew bombs were dropping and I felt no pain, but it was like a small pressure as if every bone in my body broke and then the dream ended, everything went black and I thought I was dead, but then I woke up.

I never have believed that the world would end by nuclear attack, but now I'm beginning to wonder. Do you think this aftermath you dreamed of was aftermath of a nuclear attack? I was watching "Glenn Beck" the other day and there was a man that has studied prophecy and he said that the reason the US is not mentioned in the end times in the bible is probably because we get destroyed by a nuclear attack. I don't think he knows everything, but it makes me wonder.

What do you think of this? I would like to know if you have had any other dreams like this. Thanks for your time in reading this and I hope you don't mind me writing you.

hi,
i also have had end time dreams,there usually a sign that something in your life is ending and soon usually in 3 days or 3 months something will begin.
in my case new jobs or friends,for others it's letting them know to keep eyes open for the arrival of great oppertunitys about to arise ie; raise at work
better job,new love or friend,or move to better that persons life.
after reading the cards for you they show a positive change for you though
you may feel as if the rug has been pulld out from under you,each thing must end so a new better thing can enter in.
you will reach a cross road in your life and evaluate whare you have been and whare you want to go,this change may create instability in your life,
you will halfto multi task,but that will be a short lived inconvience to
achieve your final goals.
