Childhood repeated dream, Always wondered!

Hi,

when I was a child, I had a dream that was repeated several times, so much so that after 22 years, i still remember it. i dreamed that I was old... I dressed kinda like I do now... There was no way of me knowing that as a child. It was peaceful lots of green, I was singing church songs with friends and family... then a doctor came and told me it was time, every started crying, I said please don't cry and I laid down, when I saw where I was laying, it was a coffin. I smiled at every and closed my eyes... I believe I had this dream 3 to 4 times... I was like 6. Anyone had anything similar? Or any ideas... is this a prophetic dream of my death? thanks so much

I had a similar dream in a sense when I was 8 or 9 years old. I had the same dream again and again and it lasted probably for a month. The dream was that I drowned in a well. After that period of these dreams, that dream event has never come back. Later in life I got the revelation that this was memories of a past life experience that resurfaced in my dreams at around the same age as when I died in a past life. So that could be one explanation of your dream.

when I was a preteen I had this dream where I was a young girl in a yellow
dress, the dream was black and white but something kept telling me the dr
ess was yellow. I was trapped in a room on a very large ship, I only had the
dream once, but I feel twinges in places like indoor pools (even though indoor
pools don't bother me) and to this day I cannot stand isolated areas. I dont
remember all of the details about this specific dream except for the things t
hat really stood out to me. I'd also had dreams where I was wearing a simil
ar dress around the same age I was in that dream, and I was sitting on a p
iano bench in a house that looks like it could be england/ireland maybe. I've
never had piano lessons in my life, I can pick out notes to entire songs and
a few chords here and there. Even as a kid I was fascinated by music- dra
wn to it, I was always acting out songs from movies and different things and
performing them goofing around because I liked to have an 'audience.' By the
time I'd hit high school I'd been able to easily memorize entire musicals/plays
movies even though I'd never taken drama a day in my life either because I
had so many other activities I simply didn't have the time. Even if I hadn't
seen the play before memorizing it and had bought the CD I'd be able to get
a pretty accurate picture in my head of costumes, stage props and stage d
irections then I'd be floored by my own imagination's accuracy when I'd get
the chance to see the play, so maybe I was into acting in a previous life if t
here really is such a thing.
