Warning dream to prevent me from smoking, I'll die....

This morning I woke up with this dream, I don't remember my dreams too much, but I guess this was an important one, it's a sequel to the dream in the topic "a bunch of foretelling dreams and 21 other far out", of another forum.

There it is dream number 3, the one of March 2004.

Dreams this morning around 02.30 and 06.25 :

...I was in a peaceful castle and suddenly there came loads of Rockabillies with black leather jackets to the castle, hundreds of them, they were in an aggressive mood and were just there to listen to their music and to party, but without us. We were in a conference room sitting peacefully.There was a big huge guy there who made a fight with me and I kicked his ass, he was very surprised to have lost. Then they left and another hundreds of these Rockabillies maniacs came but they were very peaceful and didn't hurt us or so.

Then I was in a house and Leny, the ex-girlfriend of my eldest brother was there and I was her boyfriend. But I was more into her sister and talked with her for a while. Later I went away and came back with the nicest pair of pants on my legs and said to Leny that I didn't want to be her boyfriend.....

End dreams.


Now the last 4 months I am smoking again and this dream is foretelling that I would go the same way as Leny, who was a heavy smoker and died of lung cancer in 2002. So this is a warning for me not to smoker again and this morning I smoked my last rolled cigarette and threw the rest away.

It is Gaura Purnima today and the beginning of spring, the sun is shining as I write this.

Aasaa, Fifth Mehl:

दानु देइ करि पूजा करना ॥
They give you donations and worship you.
लैत देत उन्ह मूकरि परना ॥
You take from them, and then deny that they have given anything to you.
जितु दरि तुम्ह है ब्राहमण जाणा ॥
That door, through which you must ultimately go, O Brahmin -
तितु दरि तूंही है पछुताणा ॥१॥
at that door, you will come to regret and repent. ||1||



ऐसे ब्राहमण डूबे भाई ॥
Such Brahmins shall drown, O Siblings of Destiny;
निरापराध चितवहि बुरिआई ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
they think of doing evil to the innocent. ||1||Pause||


अंतरि लोभु फिरहि हलकाए ॥
Within them is greed, and they wander around like mad dogs.

They slander others and carry loads of sin upon their heads.

Intoxicated by Maya, they do not think of the Lord.

Deluded by doubt, they wander off on many paths. ||2||


बाहरि भेख करहि घनेरे ॥
Outwardly, they wear various religious robes,
अंतरि बिखिआ उतरी घेरे ॥
but within, they are enveloped by poison.
अवर उपदेसै आपि न बूझै ॥
They instruct others, but do not understand themselves.
ऐसा ब्राहमणु कही न सीझै ॥३॥
Such Brahmins will never be emancipated. ||3||


मूरख बामण प्रभू समालि ॥
O foolish Brahmin, reflect upon God.
देखत सुनत तेरै है नालि ॥
He watches and hears, and is always with you.
कहु नानक जे होवी भागु ॥
Says Nanak, if this is your destiny,
मानु छोडि गुर चरणी लागु ॥४॥८॥
renounce your pride, and grasp the Guru's Feet. ||4||8||

Thank you for the prayer, I feel like poisened inside because of the tar and nicotine, but what this prayer is about is the inside of the mind that has undergone intoxication and pollution, I like to think, correct me if I am wrong.

It ain't that bad with me, luckily, but still a prayer to reflect on.....
