Giant Snakes

In my dream, I was at my church and there were giant snakes
I mean like, fifty foot long snakes or longer and with great
circumrence they were crawling upon trees and the ground,
everyone was running for they're life thru the field trying
they're best to get away from the snake's.
When a snake was getting close and ready to gulp someone up
they laid down on the ground, so as the snake couldn't snag them
as easy as one could if they were up-right and running.
As I turned my head, I saw another snake in which it had caught
someone, it's body bulged greatly after swallowing that person,
I wondered who it had swallowed and then I was standing
at a man's grave sight who is still living and his wife who has already
passed away was standing beside me and then the dream ended.
I have short term memory problems, so look over any words that aren't
spelled correctly. If any of you guys have a take on my dream feel free
to let me know.

Well, i hope i am wrong but i think the man that was swallowed by the snake will die probably soon, and the dead wife wants you to warn Him. If he doesn't know the Lord, then he is in trouble. Please share the gospel to him since you are a believer, his wife had ask you to do that for her. God bless you.

A snake in the Bible usually represents a crafty deceit, lying tongue, whose poison will gradually but surely corrupt. Bible often calls "snakes" those people who do the devil’s bidding (Mt 3:7; 12:24). If a person is attacked by the snake in a dream, most likely it means that that person will be attacked by someone else through rumors and gossip (snake's poison), that he will be ensnared and if not careful, his reputation or life might be endangered or destroyed. What you saw in a dream does not mean that it will surely happen, most likely it is a warning that certain snare by an evil group of people is being set for the church members and specifically for the person who you saw bid by the snake. Please do warn the person and both pray that the Lord would protect you and give you wisdom how to outsmart the snare. If you follow the Lord's instructions and pray, He will protect. Otherwise, He would have not given you this dream.

I saw a dream once where I was attacked by a huge snake as well. I prayed for protection and clarity. Within days, I knew exactly who was setting up the snare to harm me. The battle was fears for a month or so. The situation in real life was identical to what I saw in a dream, only in a dream it was represented by symbols – snakes, ets. – the emotional experience, however, was exactly the same. I followed the Lord's warning and the instructions in the dream and was safe at the end!

Before I get too far into this dream, I just wanted to let the dreamer know that I do not believe that the dream snakes are evil, Satanic or anything else bad. On the contrary, snakes are often a very good sign in our dreams.

The church is your church. It is almost certainly a symbol of you in some way – probably your psyche.

In fact everything in the dream is a part of you or, at least, a part of your psyche. All of these symbols and images come from the unconscious. A less likely possibility is that the other people actually represent other people. However, I almost always interpret dream people as being from the dream’s unconscious.

There are very large snakes (apparently) near or on the church grounds. The snakes are at the church because, like the church, they are a spiritual symbol or, more correctly, the snakes in this dream are a symbol of spiritual wisdom.

After the snakes had swallowed some people, you were at the man’s grave (who is still living in real life) with his wife (who is deceased in real life). It may be that you were with the spirit of the wife but I doubt it. To me, a more likely possibility is that they are both parts of your psyche. The man (who is a part of you) dies so that he can be reborn as someone even better. Once reborn, he and his wife will be once joined together as a couple.

In our dreams, a couple – such as a husband and wife – is a symbol of syzygy. In psychology, it is almost always a good sign. This couple is also known by such names as the Royal couple, the Divine Union etc. It is the joining of opposites.
