Prophetic Dreams

I read a few posts before I posted just so I could think of what I wanted to say and then it hit me...

I have prophetic dreams about people dying. There's never been a time line, it just happens when it's time and I have really bad deja vu before it happens. Like I can walk into a room sometimes and I know everything that is going to happen next...and it does. My latest was about a friend of our family. He died in Iraq not too long ago, but the night they deployed, I looked at him and it all came rushing in..and I almost let it slip out that he wasn't going to make it back. I still have deja vu, but I'm not sure what it's related to. It would've been my husband in that accident if he had not gone for him instead. I feel like these feelings are related to my husband, but I haven't had any dreams about him. Does anyone have the deja vu still after everything falls into place as it was in your premonition? Also, is there anything I can do to change the outcome of what I dream?

You can start praying for the people you dream about. Prayer works. Just use the name of Jesus and command those accidents to not happen in Jesus name.

I have not had dreams on quite the same level you wrote about, but I did have a notable experience along those general lines.

One week, I had a very vivid and unusual series of dreams about death, being a ghost, and reincarnation. They were so unusual that I promptly recorded them in my dream journal. At the end of the week, I called my best friend (a friend since kindergarten) to ask about a newly-released movie she had been planning to see: he husband answered and told me that she had been in a motorcycle accident that came very close to killing her.

I have not had such dreams since, and am fully convinced that they were pointing towards the real risk that my friend was in that week. I don't know if this helps with your situation, but all I can say is that we have very deep, sometimes "illogical" interpersonal connections and that dreams can give us notice about those connections in ways that go beyond everyday perception.
