I've had many dreams thought to be prophetic, and what's funny about these is that there is always some fact brought to my attention in these dreams that I previously had not known, therefore confirming that there must be some truth to these dreams after all.
But today, I feel that I have to share one of them, just because I've gone so many years not telling anyone, and what if it turns out to be true? I don't know what I'd do.
This is a dream from my childhood, but I still remember it clear enough to be from last night.

Okay, as a child I was always terrible at geography. I couldn't tell you where any country was on the map, I didn't even know that England was on an island, but that's one of the things I found out when I had this dream.
In the dream, I was eating breakfast in my kitchen, and wasn't that much older than I am today. There's a small television in the kitchen, and I was sitting on a barstool watching it. I had a look of horror as I watched the news report. There were what appeared to be little green islands protruding from the water, and even though I coudn't make out what the reporters were saying I heard the name England.
From what I gathered, the water either rose above the island, leaving only the highest points exposed, or the island itself sank below the water. Could this happen? Is it even possible?
I was brought to tears by this, and I remember being so distraught by this incident, that all I wanted to do was to turn to God, and so I drove my great-aunt's old beat-up Ranger, which I suppose she gave to me, or let me borrow, and drove down to the church.
What is astonishingly amazing about this is the direction I was headed to get to church. At the time of the dream, I lived on the opposite end from where I was driving to get there, and right now, I'm living on the same end as the dream, and what's even more amazing is that the kitchen at my current house actually seems to resemble the kitchen in my dream! This could have been the reason I felt such a familiarity with this house when I moved here. I felt like I had been here once before.
But anyways, I drove to the church, and when I got there, I saw a young man crying in the parking lot. I know this man..he's a good friend of mine. I used to think that there might have been something romantic between us, but that would be impossible now, since he's all grown up and married right now.
We talked about some things...most of which I can't remember anymore. He told me that the police were after him. For what, I don't know, but knowing him, I know he wouldn't do anything wrong. He's a good Godly man. But that was probably the reason why he was so upset.
I offered to give him a ride to my place, and he agreed. We took back roads to avoid the police, but just when I thought that was a good idea, we dicovered just the opposite, and found ourselves at a traffic stop. I told him to hide beneath the seat, which, at the time of the dream, I had no idea you could actually fit someone under there, but looking at the truck now, I can see how you can stuff a person in there.
But it was only by God's grace that they didn't see him. I showed the police my license and registration, and we were off.....that's the last part of the dream I can remember. I seem to recall bringing him to my place, but maybe I'm wrong.


So yeah, that was it. Just a prophetic word for the world, and for my own life, I suppose. I just posted it up here to see if there is anyone..anyone at all who has seen something similar to this....as far as the UK being totally submerged. I just want to know that I'm not crazy, alright? Everything I've told you is 100 percent true. This dream really happened, and all of the coincidences really happened. My other dreams though don't really touch on world tragedies, but of happenings in my own life, but like this, they do have the same strange coincidences.
I just want to know that it's all real though...all prophetic. I remember an old neighbor of mine(my best friend's mother) had dreams that spoke of her husband's affair and of their divorce, that she wrote down in journals which she let me read later on, and it really happened. All of her old dreams have happened, it seems. It just amazes me. I can only hope that this dream isn't true, but for my other ones, I sure do hope that they come to pass.

If the US (Babylon) goes underwater as some have seen in dreams and visions due to something from space such as an asteroid, then "every island" will flee away. How big is an island? The UK, Japan, Caribbean Islands, NZ?

Yes, thank you for posting that.
That is probably what is going to happen. I strongly believe in global warming and the fact that the ice on the polar caps is melting. Maybe the things that I saw on the news in the dream were not things that just happened overnight, but something that was happening gradually...if that's true, it's coming a lot sooner than what was predicted in the article. I'm thinking something like 2010. I do remember reading an article in school that Venice, Italy is going underwater because of the rising ocean water...I mean, why not London too? And then what's next? The rest of Europe? The US? It makes me wish I could just turn into a fish.

I'm not very sure about the asteroid, but I guess it's possible. When Revelations speaks of a violent earthquake, that got me to thinking about the earthquakes we've had recently; large enough to actually move the entire earth slightly out of orbit. Do you think that there will be an earthquake so great that it could cause most of the planet to be covered in a tsunami? I can't help but think that.

I like fish but never wanted to have to think about being a fish.

I too was happy the article was posted. I went looking for one myself, but couldn't find it. It was on the front news page of MSN about a week and a half ago on the same subject but was more updated. It wasn't good news per the rate of melting, or that a huge shelf of Antarctica was "falling" off. It also had other "links" that were articles in Science that said a "fresh water lake" was discovered UNDER the ice. Recent news said that smaller "life forms" were found living in the water, which with the temperatures, this was thought to be impossible in the past.

I think most of the problem for all of us is that "we will never know" what will happen until it does. Everything is possible. Another fact is that from the beginning, all of these things that can happen, have already happened in the past history. So we will never know until after it happens or its too late.

Very interesting dream.

I see two combinations, one by example, and the other to raise awarness.

What not to many people understand is the reasons those kind of dreams come about. Normally this type comes when there is Jewish family lines in the background, more so when the mothers family was from Jewish decent. Also directley reflects some relation to the king David lines.

Built within our genetic code coming from a blessed family line brings about the awarness in dreams, this being what seems to be prophetic. when we encounter trauma, we tend to tell ourselves lies, which needs to be corrected. Since we do not know we carry the same personality because we are duplicated, we are unable to understand that like things bring about like results. Our minds understanding this without us realizing it, and wants to correct it, and in order to correct it, our minds set us up. Our minds are able to see places, because of the actions of others, and yes even events. So we may call it prophetic, but is really our own minds doing what God designed it to do.

We then set ourselves up, to solve the problem because our minds are layered based on original choices. We told ourselves how we were going to get what we wanted in life, then later told ourselves what person we were going to be like. Between the two when we tell ourselves something that will effect our choices to protect ourselves from others, our minds set forth to solve it. So we see the familiar in the very place and time we set ourselves up for. The problem is the trauma it takes to solve the original thoughts, because we will place ourselves in the same situation dispite the guards we put up. Which makes it shocking when it happens. Intead of the blame we are supposed to get enough shock to realize how much alike we are, and with that new avenues to structure our lives around instead of blame. Its more important to know proper use of things and people so that it doesnt damage us in the first place. So basically life is a learning thing.

Then God gives example, and sometimes he will fill our dreams with emotions, so we can understand and help the resolving of propblems come faster. When ever we have traumas, our first purpose in our genetic code is to solve it. These are things that God works with and when we meet them, looking for God for the answers, can become really a great religous experiance.

While reading your dream and others postings I remember my dream last year that a crucifix was crying and I asked Him why, His answer was a "Big Catastrophy" is about to happen. Tears represent water. Virgin Mary also told me in a dream on Aug.2006 that heavy rain with strong flood is coming. She also told me in the same dream that we have to get ready "heat wave is coming" Last June 2007 Virgin Mary also showed me contaminated water. July August there was flooding in England and heatwave in some parts of Europe. These dreams I already posted in this site.
