dream of future spouse
Many years ago while I was living in a different city across the country, I had a dream of a sexual encounter with a very tall man. The dream was quite vivid and detailed. After we had made love, I said "who are you?" (realizing I was dreaming) and he gave me his name and the city that he lived in. I noticed that he had a very big scar on his leg and I asked what happened, and he told me of quite a bad accident he had been in. I told him my name and said "don't forget me" and then I woke up. A full 13 years later I met a gentleman that I was quite attracted to and we struck up a friendship, which rather quickly became an intimate one. I didn't quite click on it at the time, but the first time we slept together, I noticed the scar on his leg and I immediately remembered the dream from so many years before, it was uncanny and one of those OMG moments! We have been together now for nearly 15 years. I have heard the theory that we astral travel when we dream and I am convinced that we actually "met" on the "other side" 13 years before we met in waking "reality" - so perhaps you will meet this girl. The next time you dream about her (if you do again) tell yourself before going to sleep that you will ask her what her name is, and see what happens.....I know it sounds strange, but this really happened to me and it has turned out to be a very important relationship in my life. You might want to do some research on "lucid dreaming" (where you realize you are dreaming in the dream), there are exercises you can do to facilitate this happening, one is to look for your hands in the dream and when you see your hands you realize you are dreaming, and then you can have some sort of intelligent control over the dream....it actually works and there's much research out there on this phenomenon. By the way, good luck, I hope you meet this girl!
