Second Dream Upcoming Earthquakes

I dreamt I was walking inside a building. It was underground and had windows to see inside the ocean. From the windows, I could see some steel pipe was attached to the outside of some huge rocks. I somehow knew they were oil or gas channeled through these pipes. I was very concerned that these big pipes were attached to the rock underground because of potential earthquakes.

Someone else I know also dreamt around the same time I had this dream. He saw in the dream the steel pipes that were in the ocean water and saw that gas bubbling out into ocean water.

I saw this dream after I saw Former President Bill Clinton left the scene after he had some high level discord with some men inside a grand building. Also, prior to that, Hillary Clinton was re-arranging some flowers at a table with Bill. She looked happy.
