Blackness Covers Earth- 3 Beacons

Panoramic view. Outer-space. Earth, lush, green and blue lit with the sun. So beautiful. A small dot of blackness appeared on Earth's surface, quickly growing, as if to cover all of the globe. 3 areas remained unaffected and began to exude a growing light that suddenly, quickly became powerful beacons of light that shone clear up to the heavens. Seems the darkness could not overcome these areas; proportionate to a bowling ball with the three finger holes representing the beacons.
