Love Triangle Nighmare

I just posted, but other ppl r reminding me of my own dreams. This dream seems easier to interpret than my other nightmares, but i just wanted some other ppls opinions.

It was awhile back so i don't remember the begining. I do remember that it was one of those dreams where u have to watch urself do things but u dont really have any control. I think most ppl know what im talking about. So im talking to my ex's (first love) mom (who i never got to become close to but always wanted to) and we're becoming good friends. I play with his younger sister for awhile and wait for him to come to his house. When he gets there, i want to leave, but i can't. We sit there and talk for awhile. He says he's sorry. I say he's been forgiven. Then, he leans in to kiss me. I push away at first, but i have no control over my body. I watch myself making out with him and i feel horrible this whole time bc i never wanted to cheat. My current boyfriend walks in the room and walks out. I run after him, begging him to stay with me, but he walks out of my life. I wake up feeling horrible, but relieved that it was only a dream.

This was weird to me bc i hadn't thought of my ex in awhile. Ironically the whole reason i broke it off with him was bc he cheated on me. Any thoughts?
