you were not dreaming that might be a form of an attack from evil forces, you know with the devil he attacks people in their sleep because he knows he'll be defeated in reality because individuals like yourself are protected so much, what you need to do is talk to an someone about it (an elder of a church perhaps to pray for you) and also most importantly read psalms 27 verse 1 to 3, because with Jesus you can stand no matter what comes your way!

I am a person who is very open to things if you know what I mean. I have encountered several different phenomenon in my life. Things do not usualy bother me because I am used to it. The other night however I was scared very scared. Around five in the morning I woke up and and was in Stage 1 sleep. The stage when you go from awake to asleep. My whole body felt like electricity was running through it. I could not move. I was paralized. I tried talking and nothing came out. I was actually thinking that the devil was inside of me. I was thinking that when I tried to speak it was a mans voice coming out. It was loud but talked very slow. I could not wake up but yet my eyes were open. I don't know what happened but I did not want to go back to sleep.

It has nothing to do with the devil. It sounds more likely to be the initial stages of an out-of-body experience in which you did not make the transition; this could have been due to apprehension. Look at the following sites:
