Help with this please..I dream like this all the time.

The dream started out like any normal day. I woke up with my girlfriend and our two childen. My daughter went to school and my son who is too young for school was eating breakfast. I kissed my gf goodbye as she had to go to school as well. So my son and I are kicking around the house for a bit before going out to the park. We are playing and everything is going great..all of a sudden the nice sunny day turns into this huge snowstorm. I rush home with my son and get inside where the lights are out. I look out the window and its complete darkness. After awhile my gf shows up with our daughter and shuts the door talking about what a war zone it is outside..I was like what are you talking and opened the door..there were these guys sitting on the porch drinking beer and shooting at people on the sidewalk. One of them looks at me and I see blood all over his face and when he smiles his teeth are jagged and bloody with stuff stuck all in them...he starts to stand up and I slammed the door..I told my gf to grab the kids because something was terribly wrong and we had to get out of there as soon as possible..I picked up the phone and called my mom (who lives two states away) to tell her that we were coming there but no one answered..It didnt matter we opened the backdoor and ran out hoping not be seen, but they noticed us and when we went to the spot where the car had been it was not there. I started panicking because the car was no where to be found. After what seemed like miles we found the car ..the car was such a mess we couldnt get in and we had to rip everything out of it. When we got to be able to get the kids in the back, the men were coming around the corner chasing after us. Everyone got into the car and just as I was about to jump in I was grabbed up and thrown down..When I saw who grabbed me I became so scared. I saw this face that had next to no skin but lots of puss and scabs, he had the same teeth as the guy on my porch and the rest of his skin seemed to be falling off. I managed to jump up and run around him and jump into the car..I slammed the door as quick as I could and started the car. When I took off I made it about 2 miles up the street before a cop car started chasing me. he managed to pull up on my side and was shooting out his window, but the bullets kept missing. I saw his face and he had these evil red glowing eyes. In the backseat there looked like a girl who was naked and tied up, I was barely able to make out her screams. I saw a ramp for the highway and took it but there was so much snow that I almost slid off the road and into a snowbank. I managed to get the car under control and after a few more minutes of this the cop left. When I got to my moms house we went in and my mom was surprised to see me. I told her that I had left a message telling her we coming here because of an emergency at home and she said she had not cheked the messages so I went and played them. The first message was from me and the second was from my gfs mother...she said tell alicia mommy called and wants to talk to her about something I found out..and started laughing with a kackle. A third message played and it was from my gfs father..he was like Alica I know your there with your gfs family..I just wanted to tell you that you gyus cant run from whats happening, it will find you and get you..there is something that I need to tell you, remember that fight I got into on halloween?? well I liked it so much I took it to the next step..I love the screams of the women as they are dying, watching that last light leave their eyes brings me so much joy.. Oh yes alicia, this makes daddy so happy!! and he ended in this evil laugh..

it was at that point that my gf woke me up because I was screaming and crying in my sleep..
