killing a kid

So, i never have bad dreams (that i can remember) and also am never awakened by them, therefore this was a bit disturbing to me. I was driving a car and noticed two small legs pop up upside down in front of the hood. I thought it was my imagination so kept driving until someone flagged me down making me stop. I got out of the car and saw that i had run over a small child. An old couple was there with me and i told them to call for help. I had to go do something (not sure what) and when i returned i asked why there was no one there to help and the lady informed me that it was too late. I asked if the boy had passed away and she said yes and i just started screaming and crying.

Any help would be much appreciated seeing as i cant remember anything in recent events that may have triggered this dream and have not ever had one similar to it. Thanks

Driving means guidance of the life and a little boy is a symbol for a sorrow or an illness, if dead means the sorrow or illness will end.This may take a month to happen.
