Dreaming blood

I had a horrible dream last night where my two year old son was vomiting blood and lots of it, it was dark. He was rushed to hospital and I went in a car with my mother. She was saying she was sure it was all over for him and I started crying hard (or trying to) as you do when you are dreaming. I sure was very glad when I woke up and this was only a dream but it has me worried. I looked the word blood up in a book I have and it said it could mean a bad illness or even death

Can someone tell me what this can mean ??

Vomit if blood means a monetary loss, vomit if not blood means contrite sins.
Dreams of immatured children refers to their parents, boys to their father.
So your hubby will have a big monetary loss at his business or job or beacsue of his son.
If you help a few homelesses that may help to pass slightly.
