Screaming in my sleep

I have started screaming out loud when I have nightmares. I am 25 years old and never did this before.

The first time happened last January. I was in China, I had just flown in after a 14 hour flight from the US and staying in a hotel with my friend. I collapsed exhausted. I dreamt that some guys knocked on the door and said they were coming in to fix the internet (my friend and I were trying to hook up her laptop so I could email my family, but it wasn't connecting). My friend told them in Chinese to come back in the morning, but they walked into the room and one of them crawled into my bed and started sucking on my fingers. I started screaming out my friends name and I woke her up. She woke me up and asked if I was okay. I told her it was just a nightmare and went back to sleep quickly.

The same week....I was now in my friends apartment (she was only staying in the hotel temporarily while waiting for the lease to be signed so she could move in...she was studying in China for the year). I had this dream that I was exploring a museum and it was being attacked by zombies. They were outside and started smashing the huge glass windows to get in. My family was in there, but they had also been turned into zombies. They all turned to attack me. This time I realised that the only way this weird stuff could be happening was a dream. I started shouting "Wake up!" over and over again until I woke up saying it and my friend told me I had been saying it.

Since then I've done this several times.

I've always had strange sleep habits, but this is the first time talking in my sleep. Is it anything to be concerned about?
