| Nightmares! Horrors in the night? Do you wake up screaming, or wish you hadn't fell asleep in the first place? Post it here, or if you are good at helping folks interpret these kind of dreams, then do so here. Maybe you will get a good night's sleep. ; |

This wouldn't qualify as a typical nightmare, as I was not the victim in this case. But it was certainly disturbing enough to keep me from sleeping the rest of the night.
I had dreamt there was a hamster on a small table, paralyzed by fear and covered by a blanket as three of my friends and I stood around it, impaling it with knitting needles. Yet it wouldn't die. It just kept staring at me. I felt so terrible about stabbing the poor critter, yet I just kept stabbing. It ended up being completely mangled and slaughtered, but it was still alive. It was so terrible. After that nightmare, I had developed a sleep disorder, where I keep waking up during the night for no apparent reason.

Hey there Hedge....
Let's see what you've got...... I had dreamt there was a hamster on a small table, paralyzed by fear ((Animals are symbolic of people..... someone is afraid to do something...)) and covered by a blanket ((This person has some form of security.....Dream says it's "covered"...)) as three of my friends and I stood around it, impaling it with knitting needles. ((You are tormenting someone..... Not hurting, per se, but you're trying to make something out of it.... knitting needles create something..... it is what you are using, symbolically, therefore, it is a "work in progress", if you will...... Truth be known, you are actually tormenting this one....You are not the only one.....)) Yet it wouldn't die. ((Trying to force a change, here.... but, it is not happening....And you know that.....)) It just kept staring at me. ((when something just stares back, it refuses to change its perspective.... change its course of thought.....)) I felt so terrible about stabbing the poor critter, yet I just kept stabbing. ((it may make you feel terrible about what you are doing, but you keep doing it anyway.....)) It ended up being completely mangled and slaughtered, but it was still alive. ((You are hurting this one.... though you don't want to, it doesn't change the fact (still alive)........ Hi,
Simply a squirrel means a rich stranger and pin down a needle means to do a favor or causing benefits to him/her. It may take a month or so to happen. Good luck. |
