My mom told me yesterday about a dream she had. She was being forced to watch as they chopped off her husband's fingers one by one. She got so scared she woke him up to make sure he was okay.
This morning, she told me that she had the exact same dream, except this time it was my brother's fingers being chopped off, and, again, she had to call him at work to make sure he was alright. Now my mom is scared to sleep and is horribly afraid of having this dream about someone else she cares about. If anyone can tell us what this dream means, it would be greatly appreciated. --Tink |

Hi,
Right hand fingers are your prayers if cut means you don't pray or don't go to the church. Left hand fingers are nephews. This may also mean there is a danger for your brother's child/ren. also thumb means your power and money.Poiting finger means your prayers. Middle finger means a governor in the city if cut means he will be put aside.Another finger after middle means money if cut means a loss. The smallest finger means your grandchild if cut there will be an illness. Good luck. |

Fingers refer to the idea of having something to count on or count upon. The dream would indicate that your mother’s mind (represented by any male – here the husband) is being forced to give up its ability to count upon things/people. (chopped off her husband’s fingers) .
There is an aspect of herself with which she feels no real connection that is responsible for doing this. (“they” chopped off his fingers) Being forced to watch this happening would imply that she feels powerless to stop this from happening. Having the same action done to her son in a following night’s dream can simply imply that mentally losing her ability to count on things /people is not yet a set state of mind. Your mother may need to be more concerned about losing the ability to count on things/people. Note how she wakes up her husband and called her son to check on him – making sure they were OK (and had all their fingers). On a physical level the scene bears some resemblance to tales of people losing a finger or two when unable to repay debts. {Is your father being threatened by some people who are anything but friends?} Is some one or some organization causing your father to lose his own ability to count on anything? |
