I have horriable nightmares almost every night.
Last night was something that I cant stop thinking about. It started like this; I could hear repeated slamming. It was the windows in my home. They were lifting and slamming all on their own. No one believed me or thought it was nothing. Then one night when I was sleeping in bed with my boyfriend I heard this s-l-o-w scratching. It was a long lean skeleton dragging its body along the hard wood floors. Elbows first, pulling himself along. Terrifying face. Then when it got closer the image changed and it said it was me. I felt compelled to comfort it. It was holding a baby skeleton and I asked who it was, it said it was my daughter. I asked if I coudl hold it and I reached out for it and it was just a head. PLEASE HELP ME. It feels like I have this shadow over me all day and I cant stop thinking about it. |

Quote:
This is a horrible nightmare. However there is a simple cause for it! The dream indicates that you were sleeping on your stomach or went to sleep in an embrace. In these positions breathing becomes difficult and your subconscious creates the nightmare to wake you up. The subconscious can be cruel sometimes but when one needs a strong dream to wake up it has to be done! Dreams are more vivid and more frightening if you take any medicines or drugs. Cheers Wolfjk
