Boyfriend shot in the head but doesn't die...

Had a horrible dream last night and it keeps running through my mind.. need some help with its meaning...

My bf is in prison at the min in real life... i dreamt that i went to pick him up on his release date... he demanded that he drive my car back and was quiet rude 2 me (hes usually an angel and treats me like a princess)... so he drove and was cutting up 2 mafia looking guys on the motorway who were wearing halloween type masks nd black suits lol... one lifted the mask and fired a gun shot which hit my boyfriend in the right side of his head just above his ear. He gave me a funny look like he was going to collapse .. the next thing i know we are in a random huge building full of people, hes lying down, still concious but bleeding, and im putting him in the recovery position. I asked someone to call an ambulance but noone seemed bothered, they were all going about their business. So i did it.
I could see alot of blood from the wound so i put his feet up on a chair and explained weve got to keep the blood going to the head to prevent shock. My boyfriend was being horrible to me, not the person I know in real life, he was telling me hes not coming to live with me (which is the plan for when hes out).. and how hes going to live with his mum or dad. He also said he is going to deal drugs for money. Which is something he's promised not 2 do when hes out in real life. I got upset at this in the dream and walked away and left him, he didn't even call after me. Then i woke up in a right panic thinking it was real lol please help me with this.

Maybe you are worried that your bf will not be the same when he gets out of jail. The bullet not affecting him could mean that you feel you will not be able to do anything if he does come out of jail change
