A couple of days ago I had a dream where i was stabbed with a knife in the stomach while i remained motionless. There was no attempt to fight back or do anything to defend myself. The movements of the stabbing for not in and out motions, but more with the wrist motion of going deeper and deeper with each twist and turn. The blood was trickling down my shirt, with the feeling of warmth. There was also a sense of smell, without grasping completely the meaning of it all. The perpetrator was scene from the chest down, with blood stains all over its shirt. And the only color i remember all around us is white. I don't know what any of it means, but i found myself waking up, as if still feeling the warmth of the blood and clearly remember what i has just dreamt. Does any of it or certain parts behold meaning of any sorts?
Any help is greatly appreciated. thank you in advance. |

Quote:
Dreams are responses to what happens to you in the sleep. The stabbing is the way your subconscious interprets a sharp stabbing pain in your stomach or even a twinge of sharp pain running down your side that lasts only a fraction of a second. The dream could have been caused by indigestion pains. If you had any hot stuff, curries or chillies to eat the night before that could have caused the dream, however it seems more likely that the dream was caused by a twinge of sharp pain in your side that happened in a flash. Did you feel pain in the dream? I think it's strange that you didn't fight back or defend yourself; that seems significant.

No, there was no actual pain. Just the feeling of what the knife was doing. And just how the blood felt and the warmth of it. But is the significance?
